by D####:

Simply put, it works! Clean design and easy to use with plenty of filters to help sift through the hundreds of spells. Only thing I miss is the lack of an actual search function. Also, currently does not include the spell lists from Ultimate Combat.

N70%
by N####:

Some spells for example Animate Dead is listed as the wrong levels of spell. It's a level 4 Wizard spell or a 3 cleric spell, but it's listed as a 3 and 2 respectively. This issues, when looking up new spells stop this app from being a must have, 5 star app for adventures.

Y70%
by Y####:

It is really nice! However when I try to scroll it glitches and everything blurs into eachother and it does not scroll. Please fix it. I have updated and re-installed it twice

N70%
by N####:

This is the kind of app you would love as a spell caster, easy to use and with a ton of filters to make finding that specific thing you thought you read somewhere fast and easily. The downside is there is no way for me to throw money at them.

T70%
by T####:

That being said, I hope it will be updated to include spells from the player companions as it currently doesn't. This a minor gripe at best. It loads well and is extremely easy to use. It seems to only have spell lists from the hardback books. Will we see an update for this app that will expand the lists?

N70%
by N####:

I love this app except for one annoying factor. Selecting a spell as a Favorite I'd rather difficult. Quite often I find myself clicking on a spell over and over just to mark it as a favorite. Aside for this, this is the best spellbook app ever!!!!

N70%
by N####:

If you are playing a spellcaster in Pathfinder and you don't have this app, then you are missing out. Some slow initial loading per class, but incredible functionality!

B70%
by B####:

Easy to use, which matters at the gaming table. Only real drawback is the limited number of sources. Would be great if all hard cover books were included.

G70%
by G####:

Awesome app, thanks. What would make it perfect is some kind of ticker or check boxes for each spell to track how many times you have it prepared, but this is extremely functional as is. Great job. If you are playing a spell Caster, get this now!

Q70%
by Q####:

Very useful and with an excellent layout and UI for browsing spells, however it's dreadfully outdated - it doesn't even have Ultimate Combat. It could also benefit from a search function to quickly pull up specific spells.

V70%
by V####:

Nice if you only have to use it for one character. Would be great if you could save different favored list for different class, also has some major lag issues at times.

Z70%
by Z####:

Incredibly useful, however it's now out of touch. Needs the Advanced Class and Occult Adventure class spells.

X70%
by X####:

When ever I decide to kick over the DM screen. I refer to this bad boy right quick. Then I launch in to combat throwing 4d8 Slushies right to their face. Nice job guys!!

Y70%
by Y####:

I personally have been a witch for 19 years and I don't feel these spells are for this current time or resourceful. However they may be for someone else. Apps definitely what it claims to be

N70%
by N####:

This is a great tool for GMs and players alike. Very useful when there are only a couple of core books around the table. Hoping for Ultimate Combat.

Z70%
by Z####:

I really like how convenient this app is and the info available but it would be helpful if you could bookmark spells for sperate lists instead of favorites(for different characters)and have said spells organized by level.

N70%
by N####:

This is a really good spellbook app; I particularly like the filters. Unfortunately, it does not contain any spells from Ultimate Combat. Hoping for an update, but seeing how it's been 2 years since the last one, I'm not holding my breath

N70%
by N####:

I really liked this app for my spell book. But it is not updated or kept updated as new materials are released.. Last update 2011.. :(

Q70%
by Q####:

Seems to work as intended, nice filter feature. Would give 5 stars if a search feature was available, that the only major thing missing. I often know the exact spell name and I only want to check a detail (i.e: duration, lvl, SR). The favorite option is nice but doesn't replace a search feature. I'm talking here as a DM, I might use some spell that aren't common on a character sheet. For the search feature, if the author decide to implement it, I suggest giving the option to fuzzy search. A smaller detail: a quick summary of every magic school, readily available, could be nice. I know them fairly well, but this is not one of the most obvious and intuitive part of D&D/Pathfinder. Otherwise the apps is great to quickly see what is available to take for a spellcaster when you are leveling or creating the character. Will recommend. And thank you for not requesting two metrics tons of authorization!

Q70%
by Q####:

Could be kept updated, and sorcerer bloodline spells aren't in here.

Q70%
by Q####:

I would like to see the spells in favorites sorted according to level, like they are under the class lists.

X70%
by X####:

Not bad at all... Would be even better if Shaman wasn't missing.

Q70%
by Q####:

Find your character's spells really fast, and see what's available when you level up at a glance. Maybe needs a Global Search? It's still very solid.

J70%
by J####:

While I enjoy the app, I found it lacking spells from several of the more recent books. To note: Ultimate Combat, Advanced Class Guide, and Advanced Race Guide.

N70%
by N####:

This app in theory is excellent and is definitely useable. It provides sortable lists and you can select favorites from each list and you can then filter for just your favorite spells, effectively creating your own spellbook. The interface is simple and elegant as well. The main way this app could improve: offer multiple profiles! Many players have multiple characters going at the same time, and regardless of what class list you are favoriting spells from, they all show up on the same list. Being able to have profiles(in effect seperate spellbooks) for individual characters would push this app up to a 4-star rating immediately! The final way to push it up to 5 stars would be to include _all_ the spells currently available on the PFSRD. It's possible this may be limited due to copyright issues, although I would think since they are listed there they should be useable for an app as well(I'm obviously not an expert). There are annoying gaps where you know there's a great spell from some of the peripheral Paizo material and for whatever reason that resource hasn't had any of the spells added from it. This may also be a function of the developer not having enough update-time.

M70%
by M####:

Fairly comprehensive, though lacking in some of the other core supplements, etc. Still, impressive. Would recommend a spell prep list for casters by way of book design or favorites, etc.

M70%
by M####:

This is one of the best spellbook apps out there. It would be 5 stars but it is missing a few spells and a search option. It would also be a major plus if you could add witch's hexs as well as its awkward trying to find them normally.

Y70%
by Y####:

This app seems pretty awesome, has seemingly every filter to search through. Except one at least, where's the area/target option?

C70%
by C####:

It needs to have a function to search spells by class and level. Same with creatures CR

Y70%
by Y####:

Really useful to quickly find spells when you're adventuring. Not so useful when half of them aren't on there yet. Would be really useful if they added something so you could mark off how many uses you have left of a spell in the favourite section so you can easily check. Even grey out a spell on your favourite list when you have no more uses left.

W70%
by W####:

There are some spells that are missing: Abundant ammunition and moment of greatness as an example. otherwise it seems solid though it does lag at times.

P70%
by P####:

This app would only be better if it tracked spells used and had a way of seperating spells for diffrent characters. Otherwise this is a great app which is essential for quick refrence for your characters spells

Y70%
by Y####:

Needs Ultimate Combat. Otherwise is incrediably useful. I now reach for my phone not my books when looking up a spell. Love the filters.

Y70%
by Y####:

Only improvement would be sorting by spell components. Otherwise, sorts by absolutely everything else.

M70%
by M####:

Please update to include things like filtering by the [Curse] descriptor.

U70%
by U####:

Makes so much more since than having an Easter egg hunt through the giant book

E70%
by E####:

Really easy, simple to use. My only problem is that some of the spells are referenced multiple times. If you favorite one it favorites all of them.

T70%
by T####:

I hope there will be an update with more of the newer spells that have come out more recently.

O70%
by O####:

Previous issue fixed after second reinstall, excellent app that could do with search and a level-separated favorites list.

Y70%
by Y####:

Please update with the newest spells. Will give 5 stars after that.
