DIGIPASS Mobile Enterprise Sec

From an app like yours, I don't expect much. It needs to be reliable, fast and easy to config. I'm working with two customers, when I need to connect to any of them, I need to Uninstall the software, install again & enter credentials. next login to the 2nd customer will force me to do the same. Pretty useless, don't you think?

Crappy interface. Seed data gets lost every time the app gets updated. There's no online version from where I can generate QR code based on manual information I have and have to type the huge number on my mobile. Tired of using it for 2 years.

Vasco team please look at this issue asap as i am not able to login to my client machine because of this issue

Option should be there to add more than one token. I have a situation where I need to first connect to my office VPN, and then to production system. Both have soft tokens, but I am able to configure only one of them.

Previous ver was good. After i update the app its working too slow. I have to wait more than 2min to get the pin

This app keeps losing the configuration and I have to type in the configuration codes every time I need to logon to my corporate network. This was not a problem on my previous phone, but is a consistent problem on my Nexus 6p. Can someone from VASCO contact me to help?

Please add clear data option to remove the registered QR code and scan the new one which can be currently achieved manually in settings -> Apps

This app always reset code and generating wrong pin, daily I put security code and password to get security code to login....

No way to access app Settings (eg: DIIGIPASS & Provider info) on phones that do not have a settings button below the screen (eg: Samsung Galaxy S7). Please add a menu entry for Settings.

The app keeps loosing the code, and I keep having to rescan it. Really really annoying. Using it on a Nexus 6.

Since s6 software update the app is generating wrong code and i couldnt connect to vpn. once i put app in my old phone it works. plz fix this for S6 edge.

They should get rid of the weird right bottom menu though and put the settings button in a more accessible place.

Better than carrying around another piece of equipment like a set key fob.

Hangs in Android ICS frequently, slowing phone to crawl before crash detection kills it. Also throws pointless splash screen with practically every use, a real tine waster during prescriptions.

The camera image is upside down when setting up via QR code

Where is the Mobile ENT for Iphone version ? It disappear for Itune , please put it back.

Would be nice to have multiple accounts being able to be used. Have to uninstall and reinstall if I want to switch between different accounts.
