Literally the worst app of all time, I'm mad af right now

Doesn't work. Scanned the machine in our building, which then isn't recognized, despite being clearly labeled as being operated by this company.

This app is harmful to you and your contact's private information, which will be sold to a third party. If this company has a presence in your apartment complex, it would behoove the community to have them removed.

So even if you complain that the machine is not working. Your money goes directly to them

I can't even access the app constantly force closes and when I'm working I don't have time to deal with an app that doesn't work right

I used to love this app... worked great. Now - new phone... the app constantly crashes before I can send a request. Any possible fixes soon?

Removed app. To much access to my device. I will just call in my service issues like I always have.

I use this app every time I do laundry. Unfortunately for me I live in some ghetto scum neighborhood where most of the tenants break the machines cuz they can't read english and they abuse them entirely. But with this app sometimes the repair guys are there the same day. Especially in the hood where I reside. Just scan and report the issue and chill out. It will get looked at.

It's washing

For some reason my app does not permit punctuation in the comments section. This means my descriptions of the problem are all run on sentences with absolutely no punctuation whatsoever, making me sound crazy. Also, there is no sort of history of previous reported issues or confirmation that your report is received or will be acted upon. More importantly, however, are some very sketchy permissions. Read and modify your contacts, record phone calls, read your web history! How on earth are those justified?!?

Most of the time they fix the machines within the week but not always. Easy to use app.

This whole app exists so that the company -- which unfortunately operates the laundromat at my apartment complex -- can keep tabs on washers and dryers that are out of order. I am not satisfied with their service because the machines constantly need to be fixed. If they actually fixed them properly, we wouldn't need this app. Way to go humanity -- instead of actually getting workers to come check the machines, you create an inane web app so your paying customers can do the work.
