For all the people that say it's not Bart and there are only 3 sayings is because of this if any of you have watched the simpsons and by the sounds of it you haven't this is a toy homer gives bart so of course it's not bart saying these things and also cause in the episode this is the same voice that is on the toy so I think you need to go back and watch the episode so you can get a better understanding of the simpsons but I have to say thank you to the guy who made this it's awesome
