I have paid them but they never send me the login user name and password. DON'T TRUST THEM!!! (I have responded to their request on 2016.08.16 let's see if they will contact me)

Their salesman called me and tricked me to get the membership. I was told that tgis membership is for Intercontinental hotels but i haven't found any voucher for intercontinental! !!! I tried to call, and that's another scam, the answer machine answers you and transfers the line to an agent and no one answers, of course all this waiting time is counted. I want to cancel and get my money back. I will publush this in all social media

This program is a scam. They are only after your money. The e-vouchers that I paid for are not valid. The support are not responding to my emails.

Gourmet dining doesn't exist , unfortunately I paid for the membership and now can't use it because their telephone is not working and their e mail is an auto reply, I checked with Dubai chamber of Commerce and they told me that this company doesn't exist within their records, I check also with crown plaza hotel and they couldn't reach them as well, please tell your relatives and friends not to subscribe to their fake membership,

Benifet programs different from one account to another not the same for all members!!!!!!!!!

I thought i was the only one with bad experience. After they took my money for enrolment it is hard to contact them for the refund. Now it is 3 months already and no one seems to care. They cared only when they are convincing you to enrol and pay, after that no more. They are putting shame on the ihg (intercontinental group) as they drag its name towards bad customer service and scamming people. Beware!

The app is great but for an unknown reason I cannot move away from the app 's page to do so I must uninstall same then reinstall whenever needed
