Description

InTouch is an easy way to remain in communication with family, friends or other associates. Using an automated text messaging program, InTouch maintains a constant connection between you and another person. Simply choose a contact, set a time interval, and InTouch does the rest! Set up can be done in less than a minute and reset can be done in seconds! After set up, InTouch will automatically remind the user to reset at the specified time interval (although reset can be performed at any time). Upon reset, InTouch can send a text message to your contact indicating that you remain in touch. If reset is not performed within the set time interval, InTouch will send a text message to your contact indicating that you have lost touch. InTouch is an intuitive tool designed to help ease the concerns of being separated from people you care for. However, InTouch is not intended to be a personal security application; it is a user-friendly implement designed to aid in keeping contact with another person. Before purchasing InTouch, please review the easy to follow instructions and sample user agreement below.

Instructions

For best results, minimize the number of applications running simultaneously to InTouch. After entering your name and choosing and confirming a 4 digit PIN, the application will direct you to “add contacts”. At this time you may enter one or more contacts with whom you plan to stay in touch (only one contact per session). Choose “setup” to begin an InTouch session. Simply choose a contact and time interval during which you wish to remain in touch. Select activate and InTouch does the rest! Ten minutes before the interval time elapses, InTouch will remind you by a notification to reset the time by entering your PIN and pressing the “reset” button. At this point, InTouch will send a text message to your contact indicating that you “are still in touch.” If the interval time elapses without you resetting, InTouch will send a text message indicating that you “have lost touch”. To end your InTouch session enter PIN and push “end session” button. A button at the bottom of “add contacts” page brings you to “options page”. Here you can customize your InTouch preferences.
It is important to note that an InTouch session will terminate if the operating phone loses power or service for any reason.

User Agreement

The makers of InTouch (the application), JAML Softworks, have designed the application to aid in communication between two parties. The application is not intended as a security method and its makers do not guarantee the safety of the user during an InTouch session or at any other time. The user and all related parties (by blood relation or otherwise) shall hold harmless JAML Softworks and its individual members for any events that occur during the use/misuse or function/malfunction of the application. It is the ultimate responsibility of the user and interested/related parties to insure the safety of the user. The user has read and understood this agreement as indicated by checking the box below.
