Dari persamaan hobby pecinta komunikasi dan rider, komunitas ini kemudian muncul dengan nama RAPI RIDERS, RAPI RIDERS adalah komunitas yang anggotanya telah terdaftar dan memiliki IKRAP (Ijin Komunikasi Radio Antar Penduduk), komunitas ini juga terbuka untuk para calon anggota RAPI atau pemerhati RAPI.

Visi utama dari komunitas ini adalah untuk menggalang kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan di antara rider RAPI dengan rider lain sehingga tercipta sebuah brotherhood yang lebih luas dengan dukungan komunikasi radio di seluruh nusantara.

Misi RAPI RIDERS adalah mengajak para pengguna alat komunikasi untuk turut serta mendukung program pemerintah dalam rangka pemanfaatan alat komunikasi sesuai dengan aturan yang benar, disamping sebagai sarana berbagi pengetahuan tentang IPTEK dan Safety Riding.

From equation hobby lovers and rider communication, this community came up with the name RAPI RIDERS, RAPI RIDERS is a community whose members have registered and have IKRAP (Permit Communication Between Peoples), the community is also open to prospective members or observers NEAT NEAT.

The main vision of this community is to mobilize solidarity and kinship between the rider RAPI with another rider so as to create a wider brotherhood with the support of radio communication throughout the archipelago.

RAPI RIDERS mission is to bring the users a communication tool to participate and support government programs in order to utilize the communication tools according to the correct rules, as well as a means of sharing knowledge about science and technology and Safety Riding.
