The Leads ACT! app supports you in improving your leads management value chain. The Leads ACT! will allow you to,
* View all leads that has been Assigned to you (shared) for either Qualification or Sales.
* Accept or Reject an Assigned (shared) lead.
* Look at all the details for a given lead (notes, history, links etc.).
* Give Feedback on a Lead (Qualification or Sales); can also share it with others or delete it (if it is not of value)
