מגנא

מגנא (מערכת גילוי נאות אלקטרונית) הינה מערכת מידע המשמשת לקליטתם והפצתם של מכלול הדיווחים הנדרשים מגופים הכפופים לפיקוחה של הרשות: תאגידים, חברות לניהול קרנות נאמנות, נאמנים, חברות חיתום, חברות ייעוץ השקעות, חברות לניהול תיקים ועוד, דרך רשת האינטרנט. הדיווח נעשה דרך רשת האינטרנט, והוא חתום אלקטרונית ומופץ באתר ההפצה באופן מידי ושוויוני לשימוש ציבור המשקיעים. כמו-כן, המידע מופץ גם לבורסה, למערכות פנימיות ומפיצי מידע מסחריים.
