Freezes up and leaves old prompts in the middle of screen after ingating constantly requiring a restart of your phone to resolve the freeze issues.. Time consuming! I use it but I hate it too.. Works properly like twice a week.
Just yesterday I have 4 stars only because I didn't know how to ingate. Today I received a call to walk me through the steps. 5 ☆`s it is. Awesome job. P.S. the upgrade will fix the password issues.
I stopped using this because it offered no advantage. Now I can't remember password locked out. Call help desk they can't really help because I also forgot 1 security question anwser. Poof design for something you want us to use. Make a new acct since old one has issues. We can't genius.
The app will not accept my pass word. I do not know if it's right. Got locked out of the app and my email went unanswered. Underwelming support. Must be done by the lift operators.
It is an okay app and works great until you have poor data connection. It shows white screen "ExpressNS" and it wont go away. Needs improvement there. I know its possible. Work on it.
No phone number on the app I'm having trouble logging in with the temporary password that gave me I went to try it again and now I don't remember my username so when I go to register it won't let me do that either can I get a phone number at least so I can call and figure this out. what the f*** this is ridiculous
I wish there was a way to get a list of available empty trailers on the app so I don't have to go to the office to get a paper one every time.
The app is way too slow it is the worst app I've ever used you get stuck at the terminal for 10 to 15 minutes for it to load this app is just Norfolk Southern way of being lazy they need to take notes from CSX I hate coming to Norfolk Southern rail yard because of this app
It wont even let me set up acct. I've tried different ways of putting in info, but keep getting error messages. And it has almost no info on how it wants setup info put in

I filled out registration, it was accepted but never prompted me to make a password and the app now wants one to login? What the heck?

With the updated version. It takes to long to reset after driving. It's quicker to put the information in the kiosk myself.

Went to sign in for the first time, used temp password and it didn't work. Can't re register, login, change password.... Useless

The issue with asking for driver's phone # & carrier is so they can text you if there is a problem, such as with your waybill. Works well on my small phone but not so well on my husband's bigger Samsung. The QSR code doesn't fit in the space where the scanner is in the kiosk. I haven't quite figured it all out yet. I would like to see an option to print a ticket all the time, only upon exit, never or to be asked at the kiosk every time. Also, would like to see somewhere to request assistance while at NS.
When doing a serch to find container location it would be a big help to have length 40ft. or 20ft.

Takes to long. I open app and the little wheel just spins and spins. Tried to out gate a trailer the other day while waiting in line and it was still computing and spinning when i got to the gate. Had 3 trucks infront of me. Thats to long of time period for it not to work. Ill be uninstalling. Taking up valuable space on my phone.
I log in account locked cant reset password need security questions can set those till loged in but password dont work so go to forgot password over over and over again ......... really peace of crap app
