حول المشروع

تقوم فكرة المشروع على أن إعداد المعلم في مؤسسات الإعداد التربوي مبني على برامج نظرية مما يخلق فجوة بين النظرية والتطبيق، ومن هنا برزت الحاجة إلى تهيئة المعلمين الجدد للعمل في مدارس وزارة التربية والتعليم من خلال استكمال الجوانب التطبيقية وبعض الجوانب النظرية التي تتوافق مع رؤية وتوجهات وزارة التربية والتعليم وتحقق متطلبات التطوير في البرامج والمشاريع المستحدثة في الوزارة. ويمثل هذا المشروع حزمة متكاملة صممت وبنيت بعناية لدعم المعلم الجديد ليتمكن من القيام بدوره بثقة في إطار من الوعي

أهداف المشروع

يهدف مشروع المعلم الجديد إلى مساعدة المعلمين الجدد من خلال: • تهيئتهم للقيام بالدور الجديد بثقة وإقتدار. • فهم مسئولياتهم المهنية والتعليمية في إطار نظام التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية. • تنمية مهاراتهم ومعارفهم في التخطيط وطرق التدريس والإدارة الصفية والتقويم وتقديم التغذية الراجعة للطلاب. • تعزيز ثقتهم في قدراتهم على تقييم ممارساتهم المهنية ، وقدرتهم على استثمار نتائج التقييم في تطوير أنفسهم. • فهم المتطلبات والمعايير المهنية للمعلم الجديد. • اكتساب المهارات والمعارف المهنية للوصول إلى فهم أحسن الطرق About the project

The idea of ​​the project that the preparation of the teacher in the institutions of educational preparation is based on the programs of the theory which creates a gap between theory and practice, and here there was a need to create new teachers to work in schools and the Ministry of Education by completing the practical aspects and some theoretical aspects that are compatible with the vision and directions of the Ministry of Education and meets the requirements of development programs and projects developed in the ministry. This project represents an integrated package carefully designed and built to support the new teacher to be able to play its role in the framework of Confidence awareness

Objectives of the project

New Teacher Project aims to help new teachers through: • prepare them for the new role with confidence and professionalism. • Understand the responsibilities of professional and educational framework in the education system in Saudi Arabia. • develop their skills and knowledge in planning and teaching methods and classroom management, calendar, and provide feedback to the students. • enhance their confidence in their ability to evaluate professional practices, and their ability to invest in the development of the evaluation results themselves. • Understand the requirements and professional standards for the new teacher. • acquire the skills and professional knowledge to arrive at a better understanding of the ways
