One Call Now

Cannot "un-check" contacts once "all contacts" is checked. Cannot manage contacts or set up subgroups. And app displays no "progress" upon sending a message on a Galaxy S7, so there is no way of knowing if message got out there...until someone responds. Come on folks! Get with the times! Great concept. Stupid APPlication of it. Frustrating!

Very useful when it works but hasn't worked properly for some time now. I can voice record but can't select the contacts to send the message. Seems to have a bug or two of some sort. With this problem the app is worthless to me!

Upgraded my phone to Samsung Galaxy Note 7 with Android 6 & previewing the audio msg still doesn't work for me & quality of audio is not very good.

I cant even do anything Its really stupid.

No way to register as a first time user. No directions. I'd give a -# if possible

I cant even get in with out a group id

Missing a lot of features.

The new upgraded One Call Now is WONDERFUL! Support is great if you have any problems.

Working very well again. I missed this app when I wasn't able to use it. We use it for forming a response team on the fly, when theres not time to find & sit at a computer, & its good to have it back.

This app is not reliable or user friendly. I have been getting constant "network error" warnings, it produces the wrong date on startup which results in problems sending a message right away. I have spoken to tech support and issues have been identified, but I don't see them getting fixed. I would pass on this app until they get the bugs worked out - if that ever happens.

We have been using One Call Now at the Faith Church for over 7 years and it has been a tremendous blessing. The traditional prayer chain breaks down when you can't get the next person on the list or have to wait for the message to circulate through the congregation, with One Call Now is it literally one and done. This new app makes it great to use on the run and when I am out of town. We use it not only for our prayer chain requests, but to notify the various groups of announcements related directly to them. We have also begun to use the text function to reach our busy youth group kids. We would highly recommend it for its functionality, clarity and ease of use.

The latest upgrade works better but cannot preview the recorded msg.

Worked better before. I am now not able to connect with my Galaxy S6. Get an error message .. there was a network error. Please check your network and try again......My network (wifi and 4g) are working fine and I have no issues with any other apps. Any suggestions. ?

Yes, I recommend the app because it keeps you up-to-date without a lot of work.

It is no longer working. It says that it needs something in the from email address field. There is no such field and I'm sending a voice message. Won't send anything.

Much easier to use than the old App. Seamless integration of Voice, E-mail, and Text and allows you to edit them separately if you want them to show up differently.

This app has a very simple interface for sending voice, email or text messages. It's messaging at its most elemental: create (compose), target (pick your contact) and send. By default, the app sends a push notification, but right there on the bottom of the screen are three handy buttons - voice, email, text - to send a message by your preferred method. And if you're not comfortable or ready to send a voice message (let's say you're broken down on the side of a noisy highway), you can even do a text-to-speech message, which is cool. The actual sending of the message was quick, too, hitting my group of test numbers (SMS text) and email within minutes. What is very useful, I think, is the ability to check who did and did not receive a message. I can see where leaders of small groups (pastors, coaches), particularly, would want to know - especially in an emergency - if everyone had gotten an important message. I look for simple and straightforward in an app, and this is it. It's intuitive enough that you can get everywhere you need to go with a couple of clicks.

Useless since this morning's update. Update, 2015/07/13 1:33PM Eastern: One Call Now rep called me on the phone regarding my errors. I was able to walk her through exactly what's happening and was notified that they'll be working on the issue! Great customer support from these guys - can't wait to update my rating/review of this app!

I can cancel a phone message from my app! I don't need to go to a computer to cancel. I have 320 characters in my texts too. This is much better than the old app.

Improved functionality and added reporting feature is a real asset.

Unlike the preceding version, i can't record a message so as to reuse when needed.

It's so much easier to send my messages. I don't like to call in and I'm never by a computer so this update is a dream.

Crashes every time after voice recording on Samsung Note.

Night and day difference from your old app! My audio library syncs to the app now and it takes 15 seconds to send a message from start to finish. A must have in an emergency situation when word needs to go out to my group quickly!

Message reports are so much more convenient now on my phone. Super useful.

This app gives me time back! I can reach my team in minutes with messages about practice & more from ANYWHERE, ANYTIME with just 5 taps. Amazing. And I LOVE the polling feature to get feedback from my team parents.

It's quick and easy... so quick and easy you'll think there's more to it, but there isn't. Really!

Being able to send messages right from my mobile device is a HUGE time saver!

I am going to use this app more than the website. Pretty much everything you need is here and is very intuitive. Kudos for not requiring access to everything under the sun like too many other apps. It's always great to see an install that says it does *not* need any special permissions to your device.

I use this app to send mass message via email and text for work. Since the new design I have not been able to send anything out. I tried sending text message and I keep getting an error that said my text messages need a subject. I tried sending email and it said something to the affect of international message need originator number. This new design is just buggy has heck. I have a Samsung s5.

Love the improved reporting that comes with the new app. Having the ability to confirm and account for my group's responses from the app is a great addition to the service. Well done OCN!
