Very bad services Dealers do not have power to update the 199 pack

Tata sky mSales app is good but requirment in some bugs... Plz fix .....LOGIN to again and again when open app....

Tha app is lot of time login problam, iam entered my user id password but not log in, showing unvelable request pls try . Helpme

it is one of the useful app but its automatic logout system is very bad plz correct it asap.

You should be able to get the name of customer before i recharge his/her account like all other apps plus the login should be more easy like entering a 4 or 5 digit pin before recharge

I think one more option add for dealers ,,that is downgraded the package...

Yaha pe recharge karne ke liye baar baar login karna padata hai ye bahut hi bekaar system hai.

Sir is app main all package modify karne ka option add karen and customer ka package humse Cheng karwaye to hamain Rs. 20-30 otf mile pliz update

Waste app. Tata sky should learn from dishtvbiz app. It shows no internet connection most of the time. And gets frequently logged out. There isn't any option to modify package. Or add RMN. Etc. Tata should focus on its service and app rather than wasting money on ads.

Every time i need to log-in i need to give many calls to the person to refresh or even send mesg. Very slow. Few functions dont even work. Hopless service from cc end and the sales team and the top level.

This application is waste 99% rights under tatasky,other application users cannot modify channel packages or remove add-on channels full control under tatasky.totally waste app.

Waste app can't even login itz ask for register mobile number but itz does work. So waste of time don't download n requesting tata shy to make suitable for ur customer

one of the waste app.no much option .instead of calling customer care if u provide downgrade for all packs and drop option for add.on s it will be usefull also easy access for login instead of loging in every time

While log in to my account ,error message will pop up. We are enabled to process your request. Solve this issue asap.
