SignChat 災害示警通知

為協助聽語障朋友、打造友善環境，在經濟部工業局「資深公民與弱勢族群4G公益應用推動計畫」的支持下，我們與資策會數位服務創新研究所(服創所)聯合設計手語動畫防災示警訊息推播。

今年度著眼於聽障者日常中迫切需要、頻繁接觸的便民服務，將用字遣詞較為艱澀且分散在各處的資訊整合轉譯為手語動畫訊息，在使用者介面設計上仿照新聞播報的方式，讓虛擬主播透過手語方式呈現資訊重點摘要，並搭配示意圖強化內容。

此應用目前正在進行實驗階段，期望透過使用意見回饋持續優化服務，歡迎大家提供意見，做為我們後續修正的參考。

（目前僅支援台北市政府 水門開啟閉及開放路邊停車）

Degree focusing on the hearing impaired daily in urgent need of this year, frequent contact with the convenient service, the choice of words is more abstruse and flung information integration translated into sign language animation messages on the user interface design modeled on the way broadcast news, let the virtual anchor Highlights presents information through sign language mode, and with enhanced schematic content.
 
This application is currently undergoing experimental phase, expected to last through the use of feedback optimization services, welcome to provide advice, as our subsequent amendments of reference.

(Currently only supports the Taipei City Government water door open and close and open-street parking)
