Meditate and pray using this app in the morning before the unyielding din of the day - when it is possible to hear that word or thought that will bring blessings many time throughout the day. Use push notificTions to alert the user when a new retreat is available.. I am an app developer and this is needed. Else the person will not open this app daily.it will be dormant on his phone. See if there is an option to remind him daily at a certain time
