The Travis Credit Union app gives you access to your money and services at any time of day. You can review balances and transaction histories, transfer funds between TCU accounts and view images of checks already posted to your account. You can also use our app to access our free Bill Pay system to schedule and pay your recurring monthly bills. Want to pay friends for dinner? Now you can with our PopMoney mobile payment system.

The WHOLE point of banking via apps is self serve and Travis hit it spot on with this new upgrade. Once people learn to be flexible with change an open their mind they will uderstand it's not complicated. LOVE how there is an option to check rates and open account through my phone instead of going in branch or calling. Mobile Deposit IS WORKING unlike what some say. You can't progress without change EMBRACE IT!!

Though different from the original, I think it looks much better and is faster and I am eager to use it often. Any other changes will be easy to get used to and improvements are a given. Don't be quick to judge when you haven't tried it much. Stay open-minded everyone! :-)

I think I'm being generous giving this app 3 stars. The app feels like a step back from the previous one. I'm not a fan of the changes but I'll deal. I liked how the old app displayed a number pad when entering in an amount. My main gripe with this app is that it remembers my login ID even tho I never checked the "Remember My User ID" box. This seems to be a fairly big oversight in testing. I'm curious to see if this will ever get fixed because they promised that "Pending charges..." are coming back to the web app and I'm still waiting.

Everytime I use the app it stops working and I end up having to close the app and reopen it. I have to keep doing this until I am able to get to the correct screen to see my pending transactions in my account. It is very frustrating and I do not like this new upgrade at all. It freezes way too much.

So, I am not in awww of this new app/update right now. I was very happy with the original app. The order in which our accounts are, I know at one point I will get used too it, but the account at the top is checking instead of savings. Why change the order in which the accounts are listed? I will say, having the PAY tab next to the auto loan gone, is not a big deal to me. I can pay via TRANSFER MONEY area. I can not review MOBILE DEPOSIT because they don't have it active on the new app, which is dissapointing because I run my own business and I rely on that convenience. So, I will update my viewpoint when Travis makes an update to their app.

Very nice looking. Fast, easier to use. People will get used to the new layout, because that seems to be the only complaint about this app at the time. I will say there seemed to be no point in making a new app, but I have nothing negative to say about this new one.

Ruined the greatness of the short and sweet app it used to be. Next to all my accounts like my motorcycle and Credit Card there was a PAY button... now it's gone and can't figure out how to even pay these bills online... not an upgrade in that department. Just ruined a good app....

Really buggy. Screen hangs. Most times, the app just locks up. I've reinstalled the app twice. Same issues. It works 25% of the time... When it DOES work, it's not bad. Screen loading issues really need to be resolved to give the reliability and ease of the previous version.

Unusable! Can't even make a visa payment. The old app plain worked whereas this app only looks pretty but can't do a thing. Zero stars should be a rating option. One star is too much credit. The CIO responsible for this rollout should be fired immediately.

This app is terrible. I can't use it for bill pay. So I'm back to having to write a check. The old app was fine. I hate this. Very difficult to use.

Why they ask security questions every log in idk... It should be able to know it's on the same device in my opinion.. or a simple fingerprint scanner... I picked my security questions a while ago and I got locked out and have to call Travis again.. ugh

This app has potential to be just as good as the previous one, but I honestly don't see why Travis went through the trouble of creating a whole new app. For one thing, they should've made sure that all the features that people benefit the most from worked before doing the launch (i.e. mobile deposit). It may look prettier, but I want an app that works.

Not sure what all of these whining people are complaining about. I guess they just have nothing else to whine about. The app is great it works and that's all that matters. There's better things to whine about in life but don't whine about a damn app.

If you're having trouble with this app, try clearing your phone's RAM in the task manager. Also, uninstall the old version. The new app was stable for me after doing those things.

Good feel and look. If you don't see the pay button for your credit card or other account, just go to transfer funds, should work. No bugs for me so far.

I already hate it. I need to deposit my checks from my new job but can't since the mobile deposit doesn't work. How is this considered an upgrade?

The new app is terrible. Its like go back in time..whoever creates apps for Travis bank is pretty BAD. Old app was much easier to read and navigate.. Disappointing

Mobile deposits are not working correctly. So far I am 2 for 2 with the new app. App will reject a photo, I will retake the photo and the deposit will go through. When I check on the deposit a little later, it will be there. However a few hours later it will be reversed with the note "Image not able to be used". To be honest I don't know if the problem is with the app or the processing system, however I never had this problem with the old app.

I have never reviewed an app before but this new app was so glitchy, I had to come here to put my word in. I have spent the last 30 minutes closing out and resigning into the app because it keeps feezing on various screens and it won't start working again til I reboot it. I'm just trying to check my account balance, what was wrong with the original?

The mobile deposit check camera doesnt work and seems to always fail; unlike before it got updated. Please fix and I'll rate higher.

Had no problems with Mobile deposit on the previous app. This app can't seem to read the pictures correctly or focus on the check like it should.

It's super slow, had to download it and once I click to open it all it keeps doing is loading and then says error after 5 minutes of waiting. Can't get past the loading page to sign in. I'm missing the old app right now.

A new app, but what's changed? It's literally the same thing. And still no fingerprint login. iOS had that feature 2 years ago, and still no implementation on the Android app. The actual title of this app should be "Travis CU's Old App Rebranded As New"

Worse than the last one. Crashes constantly. Doesn't load. Freezes. Not even with opening. I just use the Internet brower for frustration sake.

The app is buggy and unresponsive most of the time, with taps and touches requiring multiple attempts to register correctly. Often just loads a white screen requiring users to hit back button on Android, and then try again. It's missing the "Bill Pay/Quick Pay" button found next to Credit Cards and Loans in the old app. This forces users to use account transfer in order to pay off their credit cards and loans in app, and even then, the user must already know their minimum payment for the month and when it's due. Theres no way to look at or download account statements, something that's standard in banking apps across the board these days. However, the interface is clean and the Fast Balance feature is handy. Otherwise, this app needs a lot of work before it can be as good as the older app, which is quite unfortunate. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 7.0, Nougat, this sort of poor performance is unacceptable for something as important and sensitive as a banking app.
