Stock Controller - inventories

I think it is a great app and does what you need a a little more. Great job at getting it user friendly but can do with a little more work. Make it a little more intuitive, saying that it is pretty good. Just one more bug bear, it does not tell you how many users you can have. And i am reluctant to buy the full app in case i wont have enough user slots.

The best simple stock or warehouse management I've tried so far. For a one time payment of EUR19.99, it does what it suppose to do and is so flexible. I have been using it for 2 months now and so far have not even contacted support because it is easy, simple, useful, and flexible. Update 20170811: People from support dept are very professional, personable, and helpful. Just encountered them recently....

4 stars because of some glitches and some features missing. Glitches like some invoice I add and later I review them it shows me other previous invoice in it like remove inventory. Features missing are multiple removal of items just with one click. And same as adding.

It is a great app but sometimes when i'm going to sync it crashes,even i do syncing in tools it crahes eventhough my internet connection is stable and fast. Please fixt it. If icannot sync in tools i can't see the previous stock in. Than you

Hi I need urgent help. I'm using a Bluetooth scanner. And it seems that I scanned the barcode or even manually type the barcode number but it would not recognise the item even though I have created the same item by typing manually the barcode as well. After entering the number manually or scanning, the number remains there and doesn't become the item

Best inventory apps, it's cheap (one time purchase) and cloud based. Totally worth it.

The paid version is fantastic, unlimited number of product, easy web portal, and it comes with one time payment. Would be perfect if you can add shipping cost.

This app has lot to improve. I've got some bugs when using. Free version is too limited, impossible to use without pay. Didn't worth a try.

Every product/product type/warehouse requires you to make up a "product code". Impossible to use if you have to make up a new code for every simple inventory item in your office every time.

I can just say its wonderful. We use it for our stocks. I recommend you to use it and buy its full version to use all its features.

After checking out many inventory apps, I decided to keep this one. I love it!! Great support team goes along with it. So much you can do with it and doesn't cost a lot for the program. HUGE PLUS for small business like mine. If I could change something, I would love to see a larger picture of my product in the app to show customers like the Web portal has. Also, it would be nice when i click on the product and go back it would keep my location instead of starting at the top. Very small nuisance compared to how Wonderful this app is.

This app is perfect for warehouse use! It does everything one would need to keep tabs of what comes in and goes out. Keeps track of spending and profits. It creates well presented invoices. I am shocked at the simplicity and convenience of this app. I wouldn't even think of using a different app. It's the best one out there!

Still getting the hang of it.. There is no option to add custom units. My stock is in "Grouss" or "Gr" which is equal to a bunch of 144 pcs. I update the stock using both units. Like 1gr (=144) was purchased but only 21 pcs of it was sold. Thus stock should display balance of 123 pcs. Unless I can define such a unit, the app is useless for me. Hope to see such an option soon.

I created an account and after I log on it tells me I have to be logged on! Never ending sign in! I can't even use, going to restart my device before I uninstall.

What can I say? I've been trying and testing inventory solutions for a specific industry, with the ability to receive large, mixed orders, that are made up of items, but are stored and delivered as customer lots on our end. No expiration date. No financial info. Simply receive 200 different items, easily sort them to 5 or 6 separate customer lots, and keep track of their internal location (space 2,row Bravo, etc) until the customer is ready. Then deliver the entire lot, making sure not to forget any items for that lot. Nothing has come close to the simplicity, yet complexity and power of this app. Nothing. Not even close.

I installed the app, created an account, and tried to sign into the app. The app states that either my email or password is wrong. Checked my email, and I got a welcome email from the Stock Controller team, so it might be my password... but since i put the password in twice when i created my account, i doubt that i messed up. Why does this app ask for a user name if it uses my email as the login?

This app is very good. Probably the best when it come to inventories. It's got warehouses, vendor and customer tracking, reporting etc. Just one thing... Which is big thing... The product valuation is just not a real moving average. Why not changing that setting to a real moving average, that would make your product a five star product in my view.

We simply want to know where items are and an approximate value of them. We just run every location as a warehouse and move it from either of our 2 company "warehouses" to anyone of our customer's "warehouses". It works brilliantly. Exactly what I was looking for. I have only had 1 question for support and it was answered within 12hrs. Considering I'm in Australia and they are in Portugal that is quite good.

Very impressed. Been using it to keep track of inventory and sales for an online store. Have yet to find anything lacking. I'm very appreciative of the cloud sync functionality and greatful it comes without a service fee!
