The whole point of this app is to remind you of your injection then log it. Notifications don't work. Probably the worst app I've ever come across that is supposed to help me manage one of the more important things I do in my life. Worthless. I use my calendar to remind me

Started out pretty good, but now doesn't remind you of injections. Impossible to keep track of symptoms with this app. No way to ask questions. I liked being able to see where you last had the injection so you can change around but you can't always pull it up. Waste of time, it's like just pushing buttons for a pass time. HUMIRA MAKE A BETTER APP!

Downloaded fine. First dose day couldn't log in for 4+ hours. Symptom list geared more for Crohn's of large intestine, missing many symptoms I'm having. Feel more trusting of just a regular calendar. Update: dropped it to 1 star because it lost the last 6 months of injection data.

Over 1 year worth of history mysteriously deleted. No longer provides notifications. I've missed dosing about 5 times now because I rely on the notifications. For as big of a company as they are, this shouldn't be so difficult.

Worked fine the first time I used it, now it won't let me log in, tried to create a new account, thinking that might work, but no. Won't let me click 'I agree' for the terms of use. I give up and deleting. I've tried everything to get it to work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping to fix the problem with not getting notification when all settings were set to notify me. Please review your app, I don't think it works properly and will not be helpful for me. Since I keep forgetting and want notifications. That's the point. Your app has bad ratings and you obviously have programmers who don't pay attention to peoples comments. I really wanted this app to help me. I should have known better.

Worked great for a while then lost all of my history. Now it won't accept my pin and doesn't send an email to reset it. Please fix!

The app doesn't remind me of my injections consistently, so I often forget unless i put them on my calendar

Hadvto reinstall because my history disappeared. now it has my due date off by one day and all my my number history has disappeared. Great app before it unexpectedly lost my history.

All my history of injections just disappeared. How do I retrieve that info

Lost all my data for some reason. Only today's injection is logged, all my previous ones' information are gone.

Worked great....the first time. Now I can't get it to log in and I'm trying to get a report to send to my rheumatologist and i can't access it. This is really upseting. I can't even access my notes to tell her verbally. I started using this app to save my hands from excessive writing. But the stress isn't worth it.

Bug Report: It's currently hanging on login. 5/24/17 Review: The app does what I need it to. I'm into minimalist designs, but the backgrounds is a nice touch. However, it is badly inplemented as a feature. It defeats the purpose to call it a "reward" when the background just changes with no way to select the one you want from those "unlocked". If you fix that, and the current bug/server issue, I would be satisfied.

Loved this app when it worked. It logged me out, wouldn't accept my pin, reset pin and never got an email. Locked out now :/ help?

App was great when it worked and now it erased all my past injection recordings since I started. I have no idea why it did that

Used to work great, but now it misses notifications. Hard to log dose. Disappointed

It would be a great app if you were able to attach Dr and pharmacy to it. That way you can reorder and send Dr symptoms you're experiencing

Waste of time, why not provide the #1 reason people would use this app--to journal their injections. You have a paper version, just make an app version.

I can't even get to finish setup. It is saying servers are down. This has been about 3 days now.

I can't get back into the screen where is asks me to log everything. I recorded the lot number and expiration date of the medication, and I can't get back to wherever it is to see what I recorded. Also, only let's me log my injection at a specific time, if I miss that time, I can't log it.

Stopped providing the necessary reminders

Keeps telling me I've missed my dose the day before I'm supposed to take my shot. It's weird. It started last week, daylight savings time. All the notifications are a day early. I checked the dates on the app and they're correct.

The app doesn't send me notifications when it's time to take my next dose. I have to open the app to see how many days it is before my next one. And when i logged in my correct date for my last dose, it said I was early when I wasn't. Not too find of this app yet. Need some improvements for sure.

It's but whats the purpose of the background rewards if you can't select the one you want. Also the online journal REALLY needs a "comments" section

This app does what it's supposed to do. The app always reminds me the day before & 30 minutes before my injection every time.

Injection log needs improvement to add, update, delete entries, change schedule, skip dose, and more. Reduce size of app from 120 MB and move it to SD memory. Share data on app on different cell phones.

There isn't "I agree" button at the end of the registration, resulting in not being able to register.

As long as you don't try to log a stomach injection it works ok.

Tried my PIN and said was incorrect. Used the reset option and was told instructions would come in email. Waiting over 24 hours and still no email. Tried again an hour ago and waiting again.

.. retrieving info for 30 minutes now nothing happening. What genus thought light white font on light grey background was a good idea? OMG..is Humira gonna f**k with my eyes so that is the only color pallet that will be visible..lol

The print is white on an off white background and if you can even make out the wording it has screens superimposed over each other making it impossible to read or to use the setup. Absolutely worthless and a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and just set your reminders on your phone calendar.

I've been using the app successfully for 4 months to track my injection sites. However, I'm now unable to login, so I don't know where a safe place to inject is. This is absolutely unacceptable for an app that is critical for my health.

Used to work, and I'm still getting notifications, but now I can't login. Seems like other reviewers are having the same problem.

Tried to use it to track my injections and schedule. Too much clutter and can't edit or modify times or dates. Trash. Much better apps in the app store these devs can take a hint from.

Can't get passed the login screen

Was helpful but now seems to have a bug and I can no longer log in.

When working it is great. It wont let me currently log in to track my injections.
