I switched to Expensify because they upload invoice to their server each time, so I don't have to worry if my device is lost or crashed.

As a non profit ministry, finding the right accounting system is extremely important. My search is over! It gives me back the time to focus on what I love the most, God. ABUKAI and the bookkeeper does the rest. Thanks ABUKAI!!!

It takes me only 5 min to do my expense report for the month! This is a huge time saver.

Almost too good to be true. I've been using this for several months now and have been very impressed with it's reports and the ease with which receipts can be scanned. Just amazing.

It worked the first time I tried it, but the next time I tried it, it's been several hours and the status of my report still shows 'pending'. When I go to the portal, it says my account is not linked even though I have already received two reports and it's installed on my phone. It works well, but what's with the issues? The app is also poorly laid out.

Snap a pic of your receipt or screen, write your notes and ask the app to process everything into a report for you. ***Beware that it takes several hours to recieve the report via email.

The app is great, it save a lot of time and efforts. Expense report become an easy task. The next improvement should be an easy way to upload expenses that were received by email like Uber, flights...

Take photo of receipts and upload to Abukai to categorize and total. That part's easy enough. Now waiting for expense report to be emailed. Will change 4 stars to 5 if it turns out well. I'm hoping this goes easy because it would be a real time saver!

Does a superb job recognising different currencies and converting back to your home currency. Copes well with crumpled receipts. Only gripe is differential subscription pricing between their website and the (iPhone) app store. Didn't make the same mistake when I moved to Android!

This is probably the best expense tracker on the market for a small business. This application makes my life so much easier and saves me lots of time and helps avoid stress.. Thank you very much and keep up the good work

Abukai is an easy to use tool, with new features getting added. There is one feature missing - submitting receipts by email. Over the last year that I've used it, a couple of useful features have been added - a checkbox for "out of pocket" to identify expenses that need to be reimbursed, and the ability to categorize expenses, typically by customer. What is lacking, is the ability to add electronic receipts. Competing tools allow for sending in receipts by email. Also, make sure you don't leave submitting your expense report till the last minute, as the report processing can take up to about 6 hours - I presume that there is a human involved.

I like this app A LOT, the only complaint my employer gave and I noticed the second time using it was that I had to make sure the camera didn't cut off the top portion of the receipt with the vendor's name on it (even when I made sure there was enough white space around the receipt).

No lost receipts, no expense reports to fill out, no duplicate effort for accounting. We love this product.

This app indeed scans receipts and does nice OCR, places the expenses into expense reports. Unfortunately it is still a crude app. It crashes the galaxy s3 camera after certain number of scans the phone has to be restarted. The service costs 100 dollars per year. This is high but worthwhile if it worked well. But the portal is a mess from database point of you. It's just present a long flat list of expenses,you have to scroll all the way down. Editing expenses manually often can not save. many other issues

This app is very handy, but when I add a receipt with my Nexus 5x, the picture is showing upside down.

Let's you upload 12 times a year (great) but only 10 receipts per upload (totally useless). You have to pay to get any more than that

Gud for tracking my expenses, but i think it shud able to track online spending (still dnt knw to use this)..

Helps me centralize all my expenses and then sends me the report so I don't have to manage loose receipts.

and effective. Very nice indeed. 20160508- reduced to three stars because either receipt capture, or Abukai entry personnel, are cropping necessary data out of receipts, and transcribing data incorrectly. Proofread every expense from them, or risk losing money.

Program takes a little long to analyze receipts and produce report but works pretty well with few revisions

Have used it for several weeks now and I'm very pleased with the service. It does take a little time to get your expense report back but that's only because it's uploaded to their server in processed there then email'd back. I highly recommend it so far and I'm using the free version

Cant get my monthly report. After uploading all my monthly receipts, the app refused to generate a report. After submitting the report im asked to enter (again) my email, and to submit again....and again but mo report

It actually allows me to track how much I spend and manage my spending.

Use it because I have to at work. Identifying photos is wonky at times, and I've had to re-format the expense reports the software is supposed to create automatically from a template provided on several occasions. Have used better solutions in the past.

Speeded up my expense reports significantly. Taking pictures of receipts during trip, when I arrive at home submit and I'm done.

Needs free version. NOT A LIMITED FREE VERSION. A FREE VERSION. Abukai totes a "free version" which in all actuality is just a demo for them to push ads to you and strong arm you to buy the "ad free" version which forgets your licensed and pushes ads to you anyways. There support team seems to be confused and is not even familiar with there own product. unaware of their own ads.

Fast. Simple. Accurate. I love it. I used to use Concur. No comparison.

It keeps me organized - and it provides a great record of the receipts and an editable excel sheet expense report as well. Very flexible, easy to use and I am an old guy!

So useful for making accounting easier for a small business owner. The only improvement needed is an update to accommodate some phone cameras so that the recipient images are not inverted. (I have android Nexus 5X).

Definitely a time saver. Very efficient and easy to use. Hard to imagine doing expense reports without it.

I downloaded the app, entered all the data for the expense report. Nothing happened. It just sat there saying: email pending. So I sent a email to support, waited one or two hours and then got a email telling me my email was not valid. They emailed my supposedly nonvalid email to tell me it was not valid. So, I made another email... Loaded in the information all over again and tried again. I got a email from email:u have no more free reports please purchase. Totally disappointed 2 hrs wasted.

I'm a Transportation Manager and I use this to keep track of all of my invoices and receipts. Definitely manages and helps out a lot.

Use this app for work receipts. Very easy to use, fast and reliable. Since incorporating this app in to our co. For merchandise billing and tracking it has saved a enormous amount of time and frustrations. Thanks Abukai well done.

I travel a lot on business ending up with a massive pile of receipts. This app really cuts down the time to submit expenses. Take a picture of the receipt and input a category. The app converts the image and summarises into a convenient report. Saves a huge amount of time on the tedium of processing expenses after a long tiring trip. The free version has a limit on the number of reports but should be sufficient for a single user. Download it and you'll be pleased with its usefulness ..

I've been using this for close to a year now, we have a fully customized version. It does everything you need it to and saves you time and money. It's very accurate. The camera focus can get a little glitchy sometimes. Other than that it's great.
