About Who Does This Belong To? (AC)

“Who Does This Belong To?” is a tool that allows you to clear your head…

When you meditate or try and stop mind chatter, does your life get easier? Or does your head fill with even more thoughts?

Do you realize how aware you are of the world around you?
What if your mind has been full of other people’s thoughts, feelings and emotions? What if you could just let them go? Would that make your life easier?

98% of your thoughts, feelings and emotions do not belong to you! They belong to everyone else, but what you are aware of often feels just like you – even if it’s not.

This App explains this dynamic tool from Access Consciousness®, shows you how to apply it, and allows you to set reminders to use the tool consistently for however long you like!

Choice creates awareness. What would you like to choose?

When all else fails ask WEIP? Then uninstall a bunch of s### that isn't used on phone anymore and clean up and reset a few things, and *POOF! It works!

It's presenting me with LOTS of acronyms. What the heck do these acronyms mean? Why are you asking me these stupid questions? Also, you're telling me that if an emotion makes me feel LIGHTER, then it's the wrong emotion. What?? Really?? You're trying to tell me that it's better to feel HEAVIER, not lighter. Why? I 100% disagree with everything this app stands for.

I would really like to give it zero as it has never worked yet. I uninstall it etc but still same problem.... nothing helps. Please sort this problem. Thank you.

I love this app. I initialy put it on the most frequent reminder setting (every few minutes for 72 hours), and thought if it gets annoying, I will turn it off. I ended up increasing the reminders, because the reminders helped me soooo much to not get caught up, and to get out of my head. This is great for someone who thinks of themselves as a hopeless meditator, or who wants to bring the 'zen' that they get from meditating, or from any other activity that helps them relax, into the every day and moment to moment of living. Grateful for this, thank you!

Great app! It's a very convenient reminder to use the tools. I wish something like this had been available when I first started practicing Access almost 6 years ago! I love the dandelion animation for RTS'ing stuff. Thank you! HDIGEBTT? WEIP?

I love love love the app. The continous reminders are what you need to clear those thoughts in your head. When I saw the video of Who Does This Belong to? I was moved. But this is the first time I am actually practicing the question so sincerely. Thanks for sharing the tool in such a dynamic way :)

I had nothing but problems with this app and couldn't get it to work at all. And when I checked what permissions it needed, I deleted it. It wants permisssion to delete and or change EVERYTHING on my phone. Nope, I'll go back to Ising sticky notes.
