Qantas Cash

After a few login attempts I tried to reset the password. Problem is it demanded answers without providing the question. One item requested a date, but for what I couldn't tell. I guess that's why I provided de actual question in the first place......

Love the new interface and fingerprint functionality. HOWEVER, logout and the back button doesn't close the app. It keeps going back to fingerprint log in. Need to close via tasker.

Not happy, I just updated the app on my phone and now app doesn't work. I want the old app back. Dammit why did I update

It is totally useless... it wont let me load funds ... the small print comes right across where you have to add first time code from your bank when doing instant transfer... thus you can't add funds at all via the app .... its very disappointing to be still charged the 1% instand fee ... should be free ... and as it takes so long for money to go over other ways sometime you just need to do it instantly... I know this looks the same as if you went onto the Internet... but why is it so huge!!!! I think this is part of the issue as to why I can't add the code

Doesn't support Acorns, Android Pay, balance peek, PIN login, or debit/credit push notifications. But a HUGE improvement on the last version.

13/3/17 - New 2.0 update crashes on startup. App rendered completely useless in this state. Nexus 5X running Android 7.1.1

Overall the app is only useful to check your balance but has more potential. There are a few pain points: You have to login with a password each time you switch apps - desperately needs a 4 digit pin option. I probably only need to see the balance for the currency that I have loaded. It would good to initiate a funds load with the same transfer details if possible - even better to have no fees for instant load with a card. Overall also the UI is a tad ugly. Looking forward to seeing future updates

Really only good for checking balance. Logs you out as soon as phone locks. Painful when you look away for a bit. Login very hard, FF number + email + password is ridiculous in this day. How bout just a pin? No NFC either.

I would give 2.5 if I could. The app runs hot and cold. Sometimes it is painfully slow to login and move from page to page and other times it is just ok. Login needs to be redesigned. Sometimes it is quicker to use the browser.

It keeps crashing everytime i go to check the history. The login process is painful and too convoluted

Forces me to use nz website. Uninstalling it as there is no point in wasting my phon's memory.

If you are using the service in New Zealand the app just opens a browser window rather large internet shortcut. I would like it to work but appears it does not function outside of Australia accounts.

It becomes un-usable. I have to use the web based version.

Just use the website and internet browser... Everytime you switch app to a different app (such as a banking app to pay a top-up) it logs out and requires a full login again and after logging in, doesn't return to the previous screen.

Needs to include an alert when your account gets down to X dollars so you don't have to constantly keep checking how much you have left. Have twice now accidentally dipped into my foreign currency, which is very annoying.

Last couple of days. App is crashing when checking AUD transactions. Otherwise a very useful app.

That's right. The app only works if your with Qantas Australia. If your with Qantas NZ it drops you to another log in web page where you have to put your info in again. And there's no NZ version of the app. Guess that shows what Qantas Australia thinks of its NZ side

It displays other currency activity fine, but every time I try to look at AUD, it crashes. I have to go online to see AUD.

You can easily check your balance but not much good for loading funds or anything else.

Crashes even after re-installing. It was great before this 4-5 stars but now it's half useless. Please fix it asap

9 times out of 10 when i try and transfer between currencies (aud to thb) it tells me there was a problem and to try again later. It becomes frustrating. Weather its a bug or whatever; could this be fixed ASAP please. A FEW improvements could be made like..showing the exchange rate without having to do a dummy transfer,option to show only the currencies that are only relevant. A multimillion dollar company can afford an experienced rather than an intern to look after the media & marketing side of things!;)

App doesn't allow you to return money to the account it came from only between currencies and between qff cards. You have to go to the website to do that. P.s. doesn't work at ATM's in the Philippines, says problem with issuer. Worked in eftpos machines though.

The latest version brings some much needed fixes, however this app is still lacking in some areas. There is no ability to view your PIN from this app. There is no card to card transfer feature. If you reload funds, it isiThe done via BPAY. Despite bank transfer being an option for over 6 months now. The app when closed will popup and ask for your password. For the time being, you may find it better to use the mobile site. The update frequency of this app is too slow.

1. SMS alert function of any expenditure. 2 a simplified balance checking function. Now it's too hard to check balance at the moment. 3 user can change the pin

My only complaint is that when transferring money from AUD to EUR it doesnt give it to you in the current rate.
