Got locked out of account. No way to get back in. There is no link to costumer service, nor can you find a phone number anywhere. Even going to main site was useless. I had to Google acclaim customer service. Finally found an email address, presented my case, that was over a month ago. I have heard nothing back. Still locked out.

this app is needlessly bad. Among many other hard to use features, f you want to look at what you uploaded, the receipts are only listed in order of month (note date or year) and you must scroll through page after page to find it.

Can't upload existing photo of a receipt. Even when I'm not running it, I'm continually interrupted by messages saying it has stopped. A usability disaster. Uninstalled.

Took me awhile to figure out how to login to the app after I did the initial online registration. You have to register for the mobile app FIRST online in a Web browser with a new username and password just for the app. Otherwise you can't use it.

Cant upload local file (recipt) that's on phone. Have to print it, then take a pick of what i printed for the app to upload. Backwards technology much?

Had to login to web portal first and create an ID separately from my employer single sign on.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. It is unable to log-in, it shows the wrong site-image for my id. It just does not work. If I create a new id only for the app, it would end up being a new account on Acclaris, so what is the use? The mobile app is supposed to let you view your existing account on the go. Don't waste your time on this app.

The program offers the convenience of seeing your flex balance and history, but crashes when you take pictures to upload your receipts. If you want a balance checker then it will do what you need. Anything more requires a computer.

What is supposed to be the difference between the two apps by Acclaris? This one won't show the right site key but app descriptions appear to be identical.

I hate this update because now when I upload receipts, no matter how good it looks when I take the picture, once it's uploaded, the picture is too big and the information needed is cut off. I never had an issue at all until I was forced to update this app. I absolutely hate it now
