This app is useless. Why has the feature to get a refund disappeared? Please give me my refund. I don't know why this is being so highly. It is not helpful. Better off just reading the book. So expensive I really tried to like it but it just really doesn't help with anything. Even the crisis meditation! Pathetic.

The app is great, but the notifications aren't working correctly on a Samsung Note 3. I see the note but can't find a way to expand the text. Update: Developer contacted me and told me the aetting to change. Awesome!

On a samsung phone the notification is not fully displayed. If you select the notification it disappears. If this was fixed I would be really happy with the app

I really enjoy this app but I have one issue. When I get a reminder I can see half of it when it notifies me on screen but when I click it to read all of it, it disappears and I can't see it anymore.

I am really interested in exploring this app, content sounds great, however I am unable to open the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped. I have tried to open multiple times with no success.

This app has tons of features that are helpful--so many that it may take a while for me to use them all. I don't always get this much bang for my buck, and the developer is incredibly communicative, such as when I reported a bug and he gave me some advice. They also update it--rather promptly, I'd say--to fix crashes(which mine had on the Moto G4, apparently a problem some other owners of that phone had.) ACT in general is a therapy that so far is working for me in regard to accomplishing more things in life I'd been wanting to. This app has tons of guided meditations, journal-like features to help you track your rate of progress with things important to you, and reminders of how you can become more mindful and not be as bogged down by emotional pain, depression, and/or anxiety. I recommend ACT for those who have such problems, as well as this app based on it!

Really nice set of exercises and guided meditations. Had this app first, but it then inspired me to read "The Happiness Trap" book to which it's a companion.

I installed this app when it was first released and it has been very helpful, the clients i use it with also love it but i have a request for the next update. Please bring back a few 5 to 7 minute meditations! Thank you again for all the awesome work you folks are doing.

I love this app as a great companion to Russ' book. It is intuitive, clear and a nice collection of ACT mindfulness practices and techniques. Just one thing - it isn't possible to turn the screen off while listening to the mindfulness audios. One is 33 minutes long and the screen isn't needed so the ability to turn it off and still listen will be tremendous!

Poor usability and not well thought out. It seems they were more intent on having an app rather than having a useful app. Simple things like drag and drop and explaining terms are missing. Some of the question are lame. What would you die for? Who is your role model? I had high hopes that were crushed immediately.

I like the periodic reminders during the day to focus on a single thing, like my breathing, like my feet pressing into the ground, ways to pause my highly active thought machine for 15 to 30 seconds and connect with the present. I also like the guided meditations. Ways to slow myself down, reconnect with my values, and then take actions that are aligned with those values.

I just downloaded this app and I have already started to use it. One problem I am having is that when I click on the daily reminder that pops up I can no longer see it. I have had two so far today and when I click to read more it just brings me back to the app and does not allow me to read it. Any way around this?

I had the same problem as another, that it stopped opening. I had to delete everything and download it again, which is frustrating, as it worked before the latest update. It does seem to work again now though.

Love the idea of the app so far, especially now that I know how to see the entire suggestion on the mindfulness notifications - the developer is so helpful!

This new version is much improved and is now workable on my old Gingerbread phone and new tablet. Love being able to store my responses in Evernote. The addition of some of Russ' audio is great. There still seem to be occasional problems with the position of the navigation arrow on data entry screens. It seems less responsive and sometimes takes a few taps to get it to move to the next screen. However it is now at the stage I can appily recommend it to clients. Well done to all involved. I'll update more when I have used all the items.

I'd been looking forward to the app. Unfortunately it seems like a glorified workbook with read out exercises, plenty of worksheet questions, & becomes absolutely dry. Capturing the essence of each area would be more important than volume of questions and exercises. E.g., introducing the concept of functional mindfulness and then securing commitment to notice X each day.
