How the hell did you charge me 80 bucks?

Does not keep QR codes or event details. Still need to go to the web version. Needs to keep more offline event details.

Says I'm not connected to the internet when I'm on Wi-Fi doing all my other activities.

Don't work with Android phones

This site is about as painful as going to the DMV

S8+ won't get past the use auto location option, the "yes" is not working. Cannot access it at all. Have to go online.

I just wish the app had more events. I have to go do some research to find more events. I am a a cyclist and I like to do events that contain to cycling.

The app links loads into browser window when remaining on active pages... if it leads me to the internet then what's the point of the app?

I just use it to see what sort of runs are coming soon. I know it doesn't list them all but it lists enough to keep me busy.

It's a little clunky to navigate, but it seems to do the trick for registration.

App doesn't sync with website. Doesn't show all of my registrations. Some activities show up on website and not in app.

Very user unfriendly. I have to have it because my kids swim on a team that uses it but the app and the website are both a real pain.

I just love the app for prompting me with a lot of local activities for me and kids to get out and do. I am also able to look up other areas if I am on a weekend trip, absolutely love it.

A lot of the stuff Active promises you is never there. Training plans and articles that they charge ypu for with yhe subscription are nowhere to be found. Mpst of the links lead you onto ciecles back to the same pages. The actual layout of the app is very poorly made. Things don't sync ..app is pretty useless when compared to active site or google

Terrible interface and keeps on confusing my Facebook with my actual account. Thing is they're both under same email so why isn't it just the same account? Poor effort in my opinion.

I've use this app twice and had issues both times. The first one was a bogus race that was "canceled" 2 weeks before the race date. The second time I was automatically signed up for an $80 year membership one month after signing up for the second race by using my "credit card saved on file." Never asked for a membership and was not notified of one taking place until the charge went through on my card...which is NOT stored in the app account. They've stolen $160 from us between these two races....I will never use them again and will find other races that don't use their app for registration.

None of my runs show on the app. Not even the upcoming ones. The only useful thing is you can search nearby races and it takes you to the link to register. Everything else does not work. Useless app. I can search for races in my area on Google and it gives me all races even the ones this app doesn't show. No need for this app. No longer tracks your previous runs or your upcoming ones.

It shows my tickets and some events when I search but that's it. Need to add a feature that makes people able to transfer Open tickets to specific events and also show the QR of tickets that have been purchased. Seeing a ticket there does nothing for me if I can't scan it. For now I'm better off just using the website and deleting the app since it has no convenient features for me

App is inconsistent. I can Google a race and it will show up on the active site, but not in the app. You don't list mud runs...ect. 4 stars dropped to 2 stars until you get it together Update: I have been charged $80 for a membership I didnt sign up for. Never received a notice that I would be charged for a membership until the charge went through. On top of that, I have been waiting for a person to answer the phone at their headquarters for 29 MINUTES already. At first, I thought the app was just poorly designed. I was mistaken. The entire company is poorly managed.
