This app is pointless!! submitted a couple time sheets and still received nothing!! I've had this app a week. They have my personal bank information and job info. Also, don't bother "talking" to customer service. You have to email them then wait for an email response. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS WORTHLESS APP!!

The app does what it says the only issue I had was with the overdraft, when my account went below $100 it would put in $100. I though it was a one time thing but trough the entire pay cycle everytime I went below it put in another $100. I guess that's not really a bad thing but definitely not what I expected. Anyway, love this app!!!!!!

This app was wonderful. They changed the rules on me in the middle of a pay cycle, after I had been using the service for months. It left me in a truly bad spot and refused to work with me, they gave me stock answers and rude responses. I had recommended this to many people, but I no longer do.

Great money app when you need it. I like seeing support staff photos on app not just a name. Rock on! *Growth and customer support were not staggered waiting more than a day for simple verifications.

This company IS A JOKE!!!Don't bother wasting your time!!! I have cashed out successfully ONE TIME! It's not worth the hassle I promise you!! There's always an excuse and that's IF you get an answer at all from support.

Terrible experience. Not what I thought it was at all. Downloaded this app and created an account because of a referral from one of my employees. I really hated having to give them access to my bank account. I did so anyways and continued to set up the account, only to find that it is not as easy as they say or as fast. I receive direct deposit to a bank that is on their verified list, I am a store manager and receive my schedule through email in a PDF file. I have paycheck stubs. I have an income verification document created by The Ohio Market Manager of my company. They have access to my bank account. I received emails saying they were going to send a 10cent transaction and then debit a 10cent transaction to verify the account and they did not even do so. They refused to accept any documentation for my hours except a web based forum or pictures of the electronic clock in system report. My company does not have either available for us to take pictures of. After this aggravation I proceeded to research reviews only to find how many upset customers they truly do have. I do not recommend wasting your time or giving access of your accounts to them.

If you have issues forget about getting help they need screen shots of your bank account and number avoid this app. It's always an issue they require your bank logins.

I like but they need to fix the banking login keeps freezing on loading screen when it does communicate with your bank I'm started get no help support...

It's just amazing. Couldn't be easier to use and has truly been a lifesaver more than once. Customer service is top notch and quick to reply. A++

Constant messages sent to customer service, on how it lacks updating information on time. Most of the time it doesn't update until you reach customer service. I have no complaints with them because they do fix my problems fast and professionally! Another issue is adding a time sheet. It will reply with an error stating they don't allow pdf word format. So it has to be constant pictures sent so it can be accepted.It's just the app that needs improvement.

Don't waste you time! If you don't tip at cash out they cut you off and then act dumb and don't answer your questions.

I have tried to use this app since the beginning of Jan (Now Feb 17). It won't work. I've done everything they ask. Taken screen shots of the bank test, sent my schedule.. everything. Wrote then again to ask what the hold up is and zero response now. They have my bank info. I don't like that. It seems scammy. I wouldn't use it.

This app has been a complete life saver..i want to say thank you to active hours for coming to my rescue..when you use this app please be generous with your tip these guys deserve it!!!

Contact Customer Service twice, recieved swift responses and my issues were resolved. Great app, great service.

Amazing app. I had my doubts, but registered on Monday at 9am and already have funds in my account by 11am on Thursday. Funds were transferred almost instantaneously through my debit card. I'm looking forward to using this app many times in the future.

I have problems every payday where my account balance does not update for days. I have been contacting support for 2 day via Twitter and the app and still no one can update my balance to the right amount so that I can cash out. When it works it's awesome but when it doesn't it's horrible.

This is an amazing idea and great app too. But the customer service is majorly lacking. You can only contact through email, and I've yet to get an answer or solution to my issue after going on 2 weeks.

I am Very Disappointed that Active hours is debiting/taking money that I DO NOT OWE THEM FROM MY BANKING ACCOUNT. $210 IS SHOWING TO BE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. THEY GAVE ME A $150 MAX PER PAY PERIOD, So now I have to pay money to STOP MONEY FROM BEING TAKEN... OMGGGGG HORRIBLE

The app idea is a wonderul one, helps when you need it! I have told everyone around me about and will continue to do so thanks!

This app sucks do not use it they will try to steal your money not worth it customer service does not get back to you they don't give you your cash out and they will not let you deactivate your account and lose your information the whole app is bad whatever you do do not use it!!!!

It is harder than hell to verify your work location I have been trying to verify that for 4 days. No way to contact someone to fix the issue.
