Worst app. No one should download it. As I enter my details the app crashes. This is not proper. I am very disappointed.

I have booked ticket for Rs 16413.92 and transaction get succes but I am not able to see any booking history for my account. Even your customer support is worst waited for 15 minutes on call and not answered and then mail to support and get mail that I am out of office and get back on 22 Oct . I have booked ticket for 21 Oct then what I did after customer support on 22 Oct

Worst customer service, I have waited for more than 15 minutes but call not answered. I have dropped mail to complain against the services but have not received any reply. It's going to be more than 5 days. Suggestion for the new comer don't book family ticket , it's worthless , door to door pick service is worthless , send you very old car in which ac is not working. If you asked driver why ac is not working he will tell you contact customer care , but you can't reach them. It's better to spent quality time with your family at some other place.

The aap used to work fine but now it says invalid user and even after providing the my number, the aap says invalid user id. And now it keeps on crashing

After booking and payment, it shows not booked in the booking history

Useless app it says fill ur produce details even when I hv complicated all profile updates. If u people can't give proper service I should Shutdown ur app

Useless app.. No info on packages.. plus you cannot book anything as it just keeps on saying enter a valid phone number even when its already entered

Worst app ever bcoz it doesn't move from 5 digit pin they can not send 5digit pin and when the 5digit pin is send from then it shows invalid how can i go to next stage

While booking tickets for imagica, after submitting the password of my debit card it is coming like issuer authentication failed. What to do in this case?
