I keep trying to hang on to my faith in Louder Rewards but it is slipping. Now after earning 10,000 pts the day before I'm no longer allowed to return the following day to get 10,000 and my bonus. Says that I've reached my maximum points for that activity. I can't get a single point today! So the 1,000-5,000 daily bonuses are now a joke and just there to bait you until you find out its now unattainable. Oh and forget about contacting support. They don't exist anymore either.

I used to be able to, not only get points, but keep up on sports news. With this new update its very difficult to gain points, and I can't switch teams. I am supposed to be able to gain points with ever thing marked with a star, most of the time nothing happens when I click a link and when it does work, I rarely get points! The ads, which do give points, take ages to load. I can understand a point cap, but at least let me earn it through actual sports news!

Unable to get enough points to enter daily contest. Contacted support over 2 months ago about problem. Reply was to watch for the new release they were very excited about. Haven't seen any update and still cannot get 300 or 20 pts.

The app was working great. Now I can't even get more then 200 to 300 points. I'm lucky to even get that many points. Contacted support and all they tell me is its not a but and too keep holding on. I have now deleted the app. I didn't want to but no point is having an app that doesn't work.

This was working but now at the top of the screen where it says more points, there is nothing. You don't get any 20points or 300 points or even the 30 point options. All that is available is the 10 point boxes that are yellow. You an not reach your goal on 10 points. Can you please fix this?
