i spend 2 days on the app and found out that the properties page did not update the sold price and status correctly, support told me that i need to update them myself. OMG, then why use the app ? agents need to update the sold price and status everytime for this app. i waste my time on this app., i thought this app can save me time. why ask agents to update them when it should be auto update. duh...

Great app! Especially since I'm as far as Granada, Nicaragua. Very helpful team, with fantastic customer service!

I was hoping that this new collaboration with the RS Council would sync with what I have built over years on the CRS website. It does not. Furthermore, the desktop version does not even sync with the app. Two stars is generous.

Support helped with fixing app in matter of less than a day. Wonderful!! I have been constantly using this app. I do not know how I will be able to work without it. I know what to do next, who to call, and what I have said to my client. I can tell you exactly what happened to my houses or my clients. I now have more control over real estate. Will pay to use it, but I truly hope it stays free. Amazing.

This can be a great app for real estate agents if there were some changes made. For example, my past Clients are still showing up in the Clients section. Even if I change their status to "archived", they still show up in the Clients section. I only want Clients that I am CURRENTLY working with to show up in the Clients section. How do I erase the past Clients from the Clients section?

I was impressed by your app,but at the time of adding property it only allow filling address through map. And map not that much accurate.O it is of no use for me. If there could be a text field for address during adding property, it would be the best app

So far so good. The app is working now and I look forward to using far more often now. I'm curious to see well it integrates to my other programs I'm working with. But for the time being I'm glad the sync issue has been resolved. And as before, 5 Stars for Support of this app, they are phenomenal. The best I've ever experienced by messaging within the app itself and through email too. 5 stars to the support team.

Difficult to run a team using this application. Will wait till it is bug free.

I cannot send SMS from app

A pop up menu appears everytime I get off the phone with a client, allowing me to enter the intent of our conversation. This option keeps me updated with my buyers, sellers, prospects and vendors when I'm not in my office.

Please add more fields for extra contact details and numbers and display price range next to the buyers and renters names for quick search. Thanks for good upp.

By far my favorite app for Agents available. My team was given a top producer account which gives you a lot, like market snapshot but I think they made their system too cluttered. This app has a better layout without calling it a simple layout. I tried other apps and those were way too simple. I love the fact that you can also log on online, it updates are real time and by far the best customer service.. Still a couple things that they are improving / adding but amazing where they are already.

Please consider adding contact. type option for realtors, builders, vendors/others, etc. after each call. I currently go to groups to add them from my contacts. Love the App!!!

Update : Since i wrote this review , Biju has been in contact with me fixing the problem and taking suggestions into consideration. I am greatly surprise on the custome service and how quick they fixed it. Do not hesitate on downloading this app. Its one of the best outhere! ***** I love this app but i encounter some errors.. For example...Im adding a new rental listing and when hit Done. It comes as a sale option...even if I edited back to rental....it says For sale.

Can't intuitively designate existing contact as current seller, or buyer. Would be nice to be able to create custom groups for contacts, and to have contacts in more than one group. Have an "are you sure you want to leave?" pop up when hitting the back button.

Tried this app not once but three times. Does not work as described, at least on my android phone. Can't update or edit my profile. Can't stop app from importing needless phone numbers. Overall, app has too many bugs and compatibility issues. Would not recommend.

All in one application for my android phone, that assists me with full day to day functions in terms of real estate. So happy with customer care service that I will recommend this to all agents.

I would like to rate this app a solid 5 stars however I still need time to utilize it's many functions. I am convinced this will be the app to propel me into a great real estate future!

The company did contact me due to my review. I respect the fact they care. The flow could improve. Otherwise it does what it says. I do like contacts are automatically added in.
