My Pioneer head unit came factory loaded with Aha, which led me to my discovery of it. It's had some issues, but as of lately, I'm pleased. I keep up with local radio when away from home with this app. I recommend it to friends when they need to connect to home stations they enjoy ????????????

Worked good for a while but the lastest update cause it to no longer connect to my car (Subaru). Says connected successfully then the app crashes. When the app worked, it was good. The main issue was that there is no ability to limit or turn off data usage.

Don't understand why car makers keep integrating with this horrible app. Have to unlock your phone first and it has very limited content. Use ANY other online music/podcast service and you will be better off

Y70%
by Y####:

What is the point of this app? Is it music, news, points of interest? Awkward interface and hard to navigate. Worst of all, it went rogue and took over my phone's GPS. I had to force stop. Needs work.

B70%
by B####:

Absolutely awful! I I really don't understand what the advantage of having this app is. The repertoire of music is extremely limited and is no match for Deezer. Nevermind the lame podcast collection. I can get weather updates and also find coffee nearby using Google Maps. So why would i use this? Just because it's preloaded? I'll just use Bluetooth and my phone.

Y70%
by Y####:

I am using the app with a 2016 Cayman and Z5 Sony. It constantly refused to connect to the car until I must reboot the phone. Overall the App and PCM upgrade is was a waste of money, Google maps are far more accurate for traffic information and free. Basically it's OK when it works.

by Y####:

Doesn't connect most of the time (Mazda connect) . Datausage way too high. Useless!

Y70%
by Y####:

Easy to set up. Was on TED when I first linked to the car, but soon found streaming music. It's like Satellite radio without the fees. (Will see how it affects my data usage). Very happy so far....

Aha comes with my pioneer x940bt, and connects only sometimes. For an old app, this has alot of priblems, and always crashes when you want to play Anything

Worked once, when I installed it. Now it doesn't work at all

Y70%

I can't stand the random station changes. Going from Led Zeppelin to disco is jarring.

Z70%

Useless in mazda cars Cant set favorites on slacker to show in the head unit

Has trouble connecting to my 2016 Mazda 3 however the rare time that it does connect it works good

No longer connects to my factory installed head unit in my Toyota

i usually have pretty good battery life. after installing this my battery consumption skyrocketed.

Wish it worked for my 2016 mazda cx5

Most of the listed stations don't stream anything.

Nice app for listening internet radio stations...good job

Y70%
by Y####:

As bad as apps get. Do not waste your time. I try again every few months to see if its improved to the point of actually working even remotely as advertised, but alas, it is as bad as ever. I would rate zero stars, if that were an option.

Y70%
by Y####:

When combined with Subaru Starlink, these will consume 10%+ of your battery in about an hour of use. Aha has no exit function, so it stays in memory when you stop using it. By comparison, Slacker (my streaming service) never uses more than 1% streaming over Bluetooth. I use this under protest as a Subaru owner. Also limits your stream options to 18. Not 20; not 15. 18. Would love to know the rationale for this.

Y70%
by Y####:

Awful unorganized mixture of sources. Poor interface on vehicle. No way to get to settings, disable, or to exit when connected to vehicle (2017 Impreza). Requires "uninstall" to disable. Done. Compare to iHeartRadio (which I gave 5 stars).

Y70%
by Y####:

It's okay... A bit basic. Eats battery when not being used... Why? I have to force stop it to stop the battery drain. It should have an exit app button. Also seems to keep GPS on unnecessarily.

Y70%
by Y####:

Absolutely useless. The few features it has rarely function... it's easy to see that this thing is a throwaway for the developers AND the car manufacturers that offer it. In other words, want something that works? You'll have to shell out for a better stereo system.

Y70%
by Y####:

You can not even add rss feeds to the app. Thus making it completely useless. This is a basic function for media apps.

Z70%
by Z####:

Does what it's intended too. It's free so I can't complain. Just wish for more variety. I love that my car has this but I can't ever really show it off. Please update the app too allow audiobook to work more smoothly.

I like how aha integrates with the PCM in my 2016 Cayman GTS. The latest news is great for commute and plenty of stations and other content to choose from (but no music for me, streaming quality is as ordinary as peer alternatives). I particularly like the on-line POI search capability for the navi, very nice. Only minor complaint is if phone location / gps is on battery drain excessive even not connected (Samsung S7). Problem is eliminated completely if location / gps turned off (normal setting for me). PCM streaming and the POI search work fine with it off.

Facebook does nothing really, who is tragic enough to need Facebook constantly read to them on any length of car journey? Can't use Spotify so stuck with Deezer (yeah, Deezer!) Loads of French and Spanish stuff. Constantly defaults to news hour which I don't give a damn about. Needs more stuff and better customisation to show on the cars screen once the app is set how you want it. WHATEVER. Zzzz...

Y70%
by Y####:

Its so basic. Not that innovative. I wish it had a screen mirroring option.

I dowloaded the app so I could have facebook updates in my car. However I get a error that the app is in development and is not setup. Useless to me.

Y70%

Its good when works but stops after around ten minuets of streaming over network. I dont have this problem with any other app.

Y70%

Clunky... At least as far as I can tell.

Y70%

Not a fan of it keeping my GPS location on... that gets an instant uninstall, sorry.

Y70%

Battery hog - continues to run and constantly use location in the background even when quit.

No one would put up with this app if it wasn't built in to the in dash radio

N70%
by N####:

Could be way better

Q70%
by Q####:

I really like this app. I have a compatible car so I'm getting more than a regular user. There are a couple of things though that can be better. 1. The traffic is not working in Canada(content unavailable) despite the fact that the app of the traffic provider(inrix) is working very well. 2. It would be nice to show the bandwidth of the streams so we have an idea how much data we consume 3. Certain internet radio streams carry metadata like cover of the album or the photo of the singer. It would be nice to show them instead of that picture with the music genre. This thing is implemented already but I think is working only for Accuradio

H70%
by H####:

When I connect and turn the volume way up on my phone and my car radio, the volume is really low. You can not hear it like you would if you were listening to the regular car radio. Also please add more stations lime the I heart radio has. Thanks.

Q70%
by Q####:

I like this App because it works on my newly Mazda 6 2016 model. But there are a couple of things to be updated. 1. The Volume supposed be way better than what we are having now. Very POOR. 2. Allow more stations on the Phone Apps.... otherwise a nice Apps.... thanks
