How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! And, it goes down even easier with a cup of coffee. TaskGo! is like that cup of coffee, making your activities & project management efforts easier. It helps you:
•  Remember – just jot down any important information on your device as a note or a task.
•  Focus – don't spend time deciding what to do next – use the easy, but powerful task queue approach.
•  Cooperate & delegate – share your tasks & notes, or delegate them to other team members.
•  Control results and visualize progress – get immediate access to the task list, see what was done (and when), or visualize the status of a whole project using Tree view and other graphical tools yet to come.
•  Keep data in the Cloud on the infinitely reliable Google servers – never be afraid of losing data, and work from any Android device.
•  Keep personal data encrypted in the Safe Storage. This is a useful addition to the main functionality, acting as a second layer of protection, as access to all your data is limited to your Google account or direct access to your device.


The main purpose of TaskGo! is to serve as a personal or small-to-medium team effectiveness tool.
As Dwight D. Eisenhower said, plans are nothing, but planning is everything. So we’ve tried to deliver the best of planning by implementing the following easy, but powerful features:
•  Build work breakdown structures. Use Projects to create a skeleton of what you're going to achieve – break down your tasks into sub-tasks until you have pieces of work that can be managed by a single person in one go, and have clear results (i.e., may be marked as “done”). This really helps to align your thoughts, and decreases efforts for further planning and execution.
•  Move step by step. Use Queue to choose a task to do, reorder tasks, or mark as “done.” You can also view tasks ordered by importance or due date/time. This is a tremendous tool that helps to lessen doubts on what to do next and concentrate on the task at hand.
•  Monitor current state. Use special views to see the Done Queue or visualize Project state as a Tree. This allows you to list finished tasks, and visually assess how far you are from completion and what problems may exist.
•  Divide and conquer. You may be involved in several independent projects or activities that shouldn't be mixed with one another. To provide this capability, we use Scopes – so when one Scope is active, others are hidden. Initially, TaskGo! has two Scopes (@Work and @Home), but you're free to add more. Still, think carefully when creating Scopes, because too many Scopes can become distracting.
•  Use colors and icons to distinguish tasks. Used with discretion, this keeps you from getting lost in thousands of tasks. The basic approach is to assign:
  a distinctive color to each project
  an icon to each task group to reflect its meaning or role.
