Using our 50 points standardization checklist we ensure only the best laundry providers on-boarded with us. If you ever felt unsatisfied with our laundry service, we will re-wash your clothes for FREE and if one of your clothes is missing, we will give you warranty of IDR 50000 per missing item no questions asked.
Enjoy laundry with pick-up and delivery service directly to your place. Just order via our Android App and we will pick-up your laundry. Working over time? No worries, our pick-up and delivery service is available until 11 PM.
We use a system of laundry by the box. You can put as many clothes as possible into the laundry box. (Average our clients can put 6 Kgs of clothes). The price per laundry box is affordable and includes pick-up/delivery cost. We will deliver your laundry after 3 days washed, folded, and ironed.

I have been using ahlijasa regularly for the past 2 months and so This is unfortunate because at first Ahlijasa is very helpful, the driver is at most times picking up at the agreed schedule but for the past week I cannot get a pick up and the customer service is extremely unpleasant. I submitted an order to get picked up on Tuesday evening, but then the driver is no show. I get an SMS from the CS apologizing and ask to be reschedule, so I did. The next day the same thing happen, driver is no show, another sms apologizing and ask for reschedule. This happened all the way until Saturday morning and still the driver is no show. If you Cannot guarantee a pickup then you shouldn't run an on demand laundry service The driver WhatsApp me personally complaining that I made a complaint directly to Ahlijasa. He mentioned he's the only driver and is currently on leave. I mean, how is this even the customer's problem? The customer service also recommended me to send my clothes using Go-Send which is laughable. How are you running an on demand laundry service and ask your customer to use other services? Please fix this Ahlijasa, hire more driver. You clearly has potential but if this problem doesn't get sorted out soon. You're gonna start losing a lot of money from regular customers such as myself

Pelayanan dr driver pick up laundry sangat tidak profesional. 3x harus diresched karena driver tidak komit dengan jadwal pengambilan dan seenaknya saja memerintah Customer harus menunggu seharian untuk pengambilan Laundry. Sangat disayangkan walaupun aplikasinya sdh bagus namun trnyata alokasi waktu tidak berpengaruh
