GOAT: Buy & Sell Sneakers

App closes really often, messege comes up saying, unfortunately,GOAT has stopped. And im afraid this might affect any purchases i make. But the GOAT app is good and sells authentic sneakers, trust worthy

Why haven't you added the ability to offer/bid on used pairs yet like on iPhone? I was excited to see an app update then disappointed to when the feature wasn't added...

Wish in the defective section they would have the sellers take photos of the actual problem and wish you could also do offers on used pairs

ordered 2 shoes, jordan royal 1 2017 fake and a jordan 1 black yin yang definitely fake. material feels like cardboard, it's not tumbled at all. i will never buy shoes through these guys ever again.

From a buyer's perspective GOAT seems great. I've yet to purchase through GOAT but the database of sneakers is expansive and the layout it pretty easy to understand. However, from a seller's perspective things could be improved. The wait time for being reviewed to become a seller is ridiculous. I've been waiting a week so far but there's other reviewers claiming to be waiting for over a month. Clearly I won't be getting seen to anytime soon, so the alternatives of StockX, eBay etc. are more attractive selling platforms for now. Edit: over a month later and I'm STILL waiting to be verified, lowering my review to 2 stars. Incredibly poor

Havent tried it yet but itd be helpfull to have a verified purchase review on a person who has bought an item in your app just like on amazon. The prices on some items in this app does look to be abit fishy

I do not hate this app I just did that to get noticed BUT the prices are way out of whack. Sometimes it asks $100 more for a damaged box please fix this so I can buy confidently

Buying from Goat I haven't had any issues. But I'm having problems focusing the camera on the shoes when selling on my galaxy s7. Won't let me focus on shoe tag and Goat won't let me sell. Plus the picture come out all fisheyed looking. Very strange.

I use this app frequently so I'll give you my insights on it. I want this to be a good app, but it can strive for much more than what is provided at the current moment. They clearly have an iOS favoritism as I have used the app on both platforms. Their shoes are not listed correctly. They have all the correct sku numbers connected to the correct shoe, but the actual name of the shoe is unlikely to be present. It's much easier for me to search "mystery grey ultra boost" rather than "AQ5560" as I actually know it's name off the top of my head. Once you've found the shoe you want buying is actually easy; select your size, pay the price + 10$ for shipping + authentication and the shoes are at your door 2 weeks tops, as the shoes are sent to LA (culver city) to make sure someone isn't scamming. The app is very broken at the moment. I can't submit on feet photos. This is a bit important as the app offers some raffles time to time, and posting on feet photos is a way to earn tickets to win. Also, I am currently trying to post a listing for a used shoe and it is not letting me do so, saying I don't have all the pictures, (even though I do). Also on the note of pictures, it will not focus my pictures at all, which will put me at a disadvantage, as people will not want to buy a used shoe is they can't clearly see the condition of the shoe. I have a galaxy s7 edge, and the pictures come up as trash on the app. They do have support on Twitter, but usually they just tell you to email them, and it takes them about a day at a time to respond, and they ask one question per email, so I wouldn't even bother unless you have the patience to wait a week for them to say they've "noted" your problem. Other then that, it's a fine app, and I hope they can fix these problems soon as I enjoy using the app

Please add more choices to your mode of payment i just want to order but i can't because of mode of payment i only have debit card not a credit card

I really like the app because you can buy classic shoes and like any shoe you want to and you can also sell shoes and track orders

Love the app but I think under the sneaker there should be reviews of said sneaker

This app is good for missing that initial release and restocks happen without u knowing. Also in some cases catching some limited released sneakers from name brand like supreme. Nonetheless this app provides good service when personalizing what ur looking for.

Seller's beware!! Employees damage products so they can get the shoe for a discount price. And you have no choice to either sell for cheaper price or pay for return item that is damaged.
