แอพห่วยมากกกกกกก ถ้าแก้ความห่วยไม่ได้ก็เลิกทำแอพไปเถอะ โปรโมชั่นหลอกลูกค้า อธิบายไม่ชัดเจน โทษว่าเป็นความผิดลูกค้าทั้งๆที่ไม่แสดงข้อความให้ชัดเจน คอลเซ็นเตอร์ก็แย่ รับเรื่องไปครบทุกอย่างแต่ไม่สามารถตอบลูกค้าได้ ต้องรอเกือบอาทิตย์ พอโทรกลับมาก็ตอบแบบขอไปที ถ้าตอบแบบนี้ไม่ต้องรอถึงอาทิตย์นึงก็ได้

สอบถามหน่อยครับ ตอนนี้ตัวแอพสามารถล็อคอินด้วยลายนิ้วมือได้หรือยัง เห็นมีหัวข้อแนะนำแต่พอจะตั้งค่ามีแต่แบบรหัสครับ

กดจ่ายค่ามือถือ+เน็ตบ้าน ด้วยปุ่มจ่ายบิลทั้งหมด ตัดบัตรเต็มแต่appลบแค่ยอดเน็ตบ้านค่ามือถือค้างไม่ยอมลบ 2รอบบิลติดๆปรับปรุงด้วยครับขี้เกียจโทรไป cc

Useless for non-thai readers. Only good point is it links you to AIS website already logged in, where you can view the website in Engrish

How about English?

I have problem viewing some information. This happens when I increase phone's font size, all the information is being pushed down and even some lines disappear which makes it impossible to read. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

The only way to contact support is through "ask aunjai" online chat. My internet connection is not working so I can't I use online chats. Why can't you list a service centre phone number? Don't you have phone support?

To customer support.. Why can't I top up my account with Indian debit cards ?.. I tried with 3 cards all get rejected after entering all details.. fix it if you want us to use your sim

Don't bother installing this if you don't speak Thai. There is no facility to change the language eg English

You cannot top up from this app, tried loads & loads to top up it blames card issuer my bank said no problem at bank, surely this can be fixed very easily GET SOMEONE TO SORT IT PLEASE DON'T IGNORE CUSTOMERS......!!!!

App กาก มาก ๆๆๆ โชว์ "ไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อ Internet ได้....." ตลอด แถมยัง App เด้ง เปิด App ไม่ได้อีก

They only take Thai credit/debt cards! Pointless to have the app for me!

ช้ามาก ใช้ไม่ได้กับ pack 512k แพงอีกต่างหาก ยิ่งอัพเดตยิ่งห่วยแตก เปิดไม่ขึ้น ค้าง ตายแล้วเกิดใหม่ยังเข้าแอฟไม่ได้เลย

โหลดตั้งแต่ 25ธค จนถึง 26ธค ยังไม่ขึ้นเลย

อัปเดทแล้วโหลดค้างเลยเข้าไม่ได้

อัพเดทแล้วใช้งานไม่ได้เลย

Can't top up by any credit card, blames you for it, the support is a bot. A collection of useless screens and misleading messages. I've wasted an hour on it... Now have to replace the SIM to an other provider...

ทำไมไม่ทำเหมือนของ True iService สะดวดกว่ากันเยอะ ของ AIS จะเช็คสถานะทีต้องทำงานเยอะ พิมพ์เบอร์ ขอรหัสทาง sms แล้วนั่งรอ พอได้รับ SMS ต้องเปลี่ยนเข้าหน้าจอ SMS จำรหัส เปลี่ยนกลับเข้ามาที่ AIS app เพื่อเติมรหัส ยุ่งยากมากๆ. ทำให้ไม่อยากใช้เลยถ้าไม่จำเป็นจริงๆ User Experience ที่ดี AIS รู้จักมั้ยว่าควรออกแบบยังไงให้สะดวก?
