Doesn't work as it's supposed to. Takes long to arm system and to receive notifications. At times when I have my front door open and I'm standing in the doorway I'll get a notification like a minute or two later telling me that the front door was opened (this is after the fact that the original notification was already delivered to my phone). At times I won't receive any notifications until way later.

Incredible, Joey, in sales was informative, worked with my budget. Blake the technician, was efficient, polite I could see he enjoys his work. Jimmy from the Dallas area office even checked on me. Customer service helped me set up the App, they were patient as I'm not to tech savy. In the future when my budget gets better, I plan to get some upgrades. I slept well last night with piece of mind. This is the first time I've got home security. I almost bought a bunch of stuff from Amazon, with no personal touch or support.
