I used to be able to see all my videos when I logged in at the website from my smartphone. Now I cannot see or delete videos until I login with my laptop. That is inconvenient for me as I like to be able to do that from my smartphone. Laptop is not always available. Can you fix that. I like the way the app is set up. Just inconvenient for video gazing.

At first it worked great after 3 months from installing it. It just stopped working it does not communicate with my thermostat or alarm panel. Can't set alarm or disarm not even control my thermostate.

Update 9/18/2017. Cannot arm or disarm using the Monitronics mobile app......When I disarm the system using the mobile phone, the mobile app shows that the system is disarmed. However, the system is still armed when I enter the garage or front door, which has triggered several false alarms and inconvenience. .....Totally Unreliable! Waiting for the contract to expire so we can terminate service

I've been with Moni for 2 years now. It's absolutely amazing. Mobile app easy to use and I love the cameras. I can check on everything at home by using my phone. I can able or disable alarm no matter where I am. Thanks Moni for the security you have given me!

This service is crooked. They take your money and don't provide good customer service. My system went down in April. They are difficult to reach. I finally cancelled service in November. They still took a payment in December. Don't use Moni or Monitronics. Refund my money theives.

I got 5 cameras, the door bell, the lock, the light switch, the smoke alarm, motion sensors, and was able to sync up my two nest thermostats and my Google home, very happy with the customization of the app at night I hit the sleep icon and the alarm turns on, the living room light turns into a night light, the door makes sure it's locked and my thermostats both go to 74.

I had a *home invasion* in March 2017. Had to get security system. A friend got me with this company. So far so good, *WISH I HAD got a Sensor on my storeroom & also put a Camera Outside. I am a Widow & I am Disabled. The installer *didn't leave me any 4 signs or window decals at all*. That's about it. Thank you for reading this.

I think Moni stinks they keep changing their name and their technical support is no good. I called customer service and told them I am having a problem with smoker detector show error in the app that it need to reset. I already talked to technical support and they told me everything looking good from their and it is not their fault I should contact the app people. Customer service trying to contact technical support for more than a hour and couldn't get any responses so they promised to call me back the Monday on my home phone and if they did not reach me on home phone then they would contact me on my mobile. They did call until Wednesday afternoon on my mobile and leave a message they were just doing a follow up call and the problem still showing in the app. I am very disappointed with Moni but maybe it is my fault because they were a part of Alliance Alarm Company which the government has investigation on plus their ratings are nothing and Moni keep changing their name so I don't know what other scheme is coming because every time they want someone out even if their stuff is a problem their is a service charge and if I didn't have the account I have it would cost more. If I am paying a service charge and monitoring charges why would I have to pay extra for you to change something that malfunctioning that you installed. There must be a better company out there. Moni stinks.

The ONLY problem I have had with the app is the camera from the doorbell does not always connect to the app's live feed. I have to restart the app and then it works or wait a few mins or 5mins and then it connects. Also I press disarm but the panel did not disarm and created a false alarm when I entered thinking it was off. But this only happened once. Other then that I have no complaints.
