After update no video preview for events. Use to have 3 photos so you can quickly run past or filter past events and times now nothing. Useless app if I can not monitor my business. Not only am I unistalling app. But I'll cancel alarm force and move to a more friendly business monitor company

Wonderful when it works but overall a glitchy app

The app stops working if you change your home wifi name or password....what i didnt know is that although its cellular, the box is also linked with my wifi. If you change your wifi then your apps link to the box doesnt work. Either change your wifi stuff back or theyll come in and install their own wifi router that you wont have to touch.

I have to go through every video before I can get to the date and time that I want! As soon I go back, the whole thing resets and. I can't just choose a date and time. It sucks!

Please fix the app it always having problems with arming or the app is always down.

Sucks on arming from phone

How does this even happy? Isn't the system supposed to always be on and active? The worst thing about this is that because we're upstairs (panel down) and set the Away alarm at night, we're trapped in the morning if this app isn't working. Why hasn't AlarmForce fixed this????

Don't know what's up with the mobile app and tablet but when I try and arm it, it doesn't and says expired. Alarm Force needs to fix this problem ASAP. We should be getting some money back for paying for this option that works when it wants too.

Worse app ever. Always says can't connect to the panel. What am I supposed to do if I'm not able to arm and disarm the system when I'm gone? What happens if someone breaks into my house and i won't be getting any alerts, police won't know anything. Who pays for the damages? Clearly not Alam force.

Worked great the first couple weeks and now it always says "can't connect to panel". Then trying to get a live person on the phone is impossible. Constantly on hold for long periods of time. Very disappointed

Nothing seems to work correctly with this app? Used to have video..now only still shots...have never been able to arm or disarm from this app? Can't hear anything anymore...

Worked three or four times, then always says....can not connect to panel. Instant trip alarm on all doors, relying on the app to get in to my protected business is no longer possible. Please fix

Awful, I can NEVER connect to the panel to arm through this app; even if I'm standing right next to it & on the same network. Has not worked in 2 weeks!! I have to arm from the panel & when I open shop in the morning it goes off everytime because the disarm signals keep "expiring". Do NOT get Alarm Force, this is an older company that is not up with the times & needs a facelift.

Was working fine. Now unable to connect with server. Nice bug fix!

Since i am paying an arm and a leg for your service, i expect proper service. Your app doeant work. Very disapointed

The new update has taken out the 3 image preview of the videos. Pretty lame when this app is already laggy and slow as it is. Not happy at all.

It works sometimes. I don't understand the lack of technology. WiFi works app doesn't you have to plug something into your modem for it to get a signal. Not really wireless.

Can't load the app on my s7 or my iPhone 6s?? Kind of pointless if it does not work!!!

Forgot to turn alarm on. Remember I can do from app on my phone. NOT said won't conect. Had to go back into house and arm there. Not happy. What's going on?

This app dosent allow me to arm and disarm my alarm. The buttons that do that in the app are not live so they do nothing when pressed.

App doesn't display properly. I've had 2 or 3 motion sensors go off because the system read disarmed . I don't like paying $3 month to be inconvenienced.

Just had alarm system installed and the option to arm/disarm from our phones was a requirement. It only worked when the tech was showing us how. Hasn't worked since. Will be contacting alarmforce tomorrow.

Can you make this app work with Time Warner arris modems I have to set to arm and disarm from the keypad manually.

App takes too long to open, by the time it does whatever activated the motion sensor it's gone. Doorbell feature should connect automatically to video feed when answered

It's getting with every new update what's the point of having it if I still have to run to my keypad to unlock the alarm ? Please fix it

I love the new update, this is what I thought it would look like when I got alarm force. Better late than never, you guys are great!

My only complaint with this all was how many clicks it took to arm/disarm my Alarm. The new update makes this easy and convenient. Simple and intuitive!
