Albertsons Delivery

Didn't find my address. Kept getting errors.

Prices are different than Safeway. They will not allow you to get Albertson's prices. FTC--- file a complaint. Dasani water 2 for 5$ - Safeway 5.59 each.

Forces user to download Safeway Delivery app, rendering this app unusable by itself. Install a different delivery app instead.

This is absolutely awful. They require you to wait at home for a delivery that doesn't come. I am extremely unhappy that I chose to even try it because I had to wait so long just to still go to the store. And they say the refund will take two weeks

I don't have a safeway account. I create a BRAND NEW albertsons account and try to log in and it tells me my login is associated with a safeway account. I don't even own a card for safeway. Apparently this app is useless because no matter what it's going to make you use the safeway version. A little bit annoyed right now.

I cannot use this app because the two emails I have are "associated with Tom Thumb." I will not make a new address just for this app.

It keeps telling me my acct is associated with safeway after I just registered it on the Albertsons app

It just takes me back to the login screen before I can do anything.

Sucks

Please add how much delivery costs, too slow, customer service can't even answer these questions. We are getting a complete run around. This information should be readily available on your app

Love it! Was able to have groceries delivered to my disabled, elderly mother. They hauled them in for her and it was one less thing on my busy to do list.

Horrible app, They have an Albertsons close to my house and they don't deliver in my area. What's the point of service if you don't offer it in all your stores.

This app will take you to Tom Thumb delivery app if you have a reward card. I wanted to try new delivery service offered at Albertsons but apparently I can't.

Unable to verify my address...pfft I know where I live in do not need to keep editing it...

Albertsons delivery doesn't deliver in my area

keep getting error message everytime I try to log in

I signed up, and every time I try to login it tells me my account is tied to the "Delivery App" and to open that app. Well guess what, I am trying to the frigging delivery app!!! That is the app I'm using and throws that dumb error.

Albertsons is more then 30% higher priced then both Winco and Trader Joes. Prime example. Greek Yogurt is $1 or less at both but at Albertsons its 1.53. Its like this with all their products. Cereal is at least a $1 or more then even Amazon. How Albertsons is still open is beyond me.Its more convience store pricing then grocery store pricing. I stopped shopping at Albertsons 9 years ago because of the ridiculious prices. Seems nothing has changed. Good luck with that. Amazon Fresh will be here soon.

You all are awesome-the true definition of professional and kind! With 2 kids and a busy schedule, we gave it a try one week and now are hooked! We've been very happy with all of our orders and will continue to use this service. I am always surprised with the deals we get and we all look forward to the pleasant interaction when the delivery guys arrive. They are professional and enthusiastic about the job. Also so good with the kids, allowing them to help carry in the lighter items and engaging in friendly conversation with us all. The e-commerce interface is simple and intuitive, and the deals offered by the online sales and promo codes are very generous on items we use. If there is not already a complimentary free delivery code in our inbox, the site always has an option to qualify for free shipping based on purchases of certain items. Even if that doesn't work, we can choose a flexible delivery window and pay an extremely discounted price for delivery. Honestly, I don't know why it took us so long to get on board with this program-I can't imagine going back to our weekly trip with kids in tow. Keep up the awesome work!

This app is worthless. They give excuses and tell you free delivery and the support doesn't have a clue regarding how the app works.

can get in forced to up grade app will not let order

I go through the whole process of ordering & selecting a time for delivery only to repeatedly get the message: 'service currently unavailable'. I try again many times, having to repeat several steps before my order finally goes through, but by then the delivery window is gone. This is frustrating and a waste of time.
