Rehydrate

New to the world of hydration, Rehydrate helps active people remember to drink water. Think of it as where the application meets the water bottle. It has been found that staying hydrated not only helps you maintain energy throughout the day but also reduces high blood pressure and lowers cholesterol.

The application sends you notifications based upon your goal amount of water. Every time one pops up have a drink! When you tap the notification you will be 8oz closer to your daily water goal.

You will find two settings that can be used on the lower left of the screen. The dumbbell represents the active setting. Enter the number of minutes you are active that day and your water goal increase to meet your bodies increased demand for water. The next setting is used when you find yourself up late a night. This could be at work or out with friends - when your body is under additional stress hydration is crucial.

On the lower right side of the screen you will find a plus sign next to a water container. These containers represent the average amounts of water that one may have throughout the day outside of the notifications. By selecting the container that corresponds to the amount of additional water you may have had and then tapping the plus sign you will be closer to your daily water goal.
