Slow and annoying at times, but a nice upgrade from a spreadsheet.

This app works extremely well, and I love the AllowanceCard functionality. It is working on iPhones and Androids for me and my family members. The staff have been very helpful and have worked with our specific situation (6 kids) and even gave us a discount. Great idea, great app. Five stars.

One of the cards used in my family was charged with $1140 worth of charges over 3 days by family member who had $284 on the card. The card went into negative balance. The whole point of this system is so this won't happen. After the first year charge is up we are switching to a different system

I have been trying to close my account and get a refund of our remaining balance since August 2016, it is now December. No one is responding to my requests. Its been nothing but one problem after another. This is a horrible company to work with. I hope others will beware.

Trying to add transaction from 2 days ago. Cannot edit dates for 2017. As of Feb 3rd, I am still waiting for you to add 2017 so I can add past date transactions from January. If I try putting in a transaction for Jan 3rd, it is put in as 1/3/2016. Unable to edit anything for 2017....

I wanted an allowance tracker that crossed both android and iOS systems. Shame it doesn't work. You can't add transactions on android to the child's account. The button does nothing. :-(

Love the concept. Excited to try it out. However there is a bug in the sign up page so I could not complete the sign up to try it! The greeting option tells you to select one but then choices do not drop down or show up & the sign up will not continue until you complete all fields. Sad. :(

We were excited to try this out. For a paid service with the debit cards the experience is extremely bad. The application does not need a ton of functionality to be useful, yet the little needed does not work properly. There must be a better app out there.

I loved the idea of this app but I can't even sign up. You need to improve asap. As soon as it works ill change my stars

I ignored the other warnings and am having the same issue. Unable to sign up at all. There's a bug on the sign up page that doesn't allow you to select a greeting. When you submit you get an error for "incomplete data". Obviously by the other reviews here this has been an issue for some time. Fix it already. Or if you can't figure out how, at least make it am unrequired field. Is it really so important to know I'm a Mr.?

I'm not able to use the categories anymore.

This has been a life saver for me and my son, who tries to negotiate everything and has a lousy memory. The facts are all there on this app. Perfect solution to my problem.

Super easy to use and helpful once you get started!! So glad I found it!

Cannot get to the login screen

This sucks, the dropdown for greeting does not work. How are you supposed to even get into the program.

Horrible

Like other reviewers, I can't get past the sign up screen. There's nothing to choose in the greeting field, but I can't continue without choosing something. Does. Not. Compute...

Design: absolutely horrible! Functionality: I would like to add/modify categories and ability to specify amounts for each. Security: I accidentally closed the app and when I reopened it, it prompted me to login again. Considering how everyone should use a randomly generated password, this app should use API and prompt me for a pin.
