I liked the app in the past and had no problems but now when going to login it can't find the account and says to call customer service. All they can do is tell you it's a known problem.???? the roadside assistance is great but the app needs updating.

Needs some work. The vehicle list is not current and I have not used it enough yet for it to crash as others noted. As an FYI you register with the Roadside Assist ID, not the Good Sam ID.

DON'T WASTE YOUR YOUR MONEY!! Me and my sister paid for a year of good sam road side service because it seemed like such a great deal. Unlimited road side service it claimed. We used it 4 times and they cancelled our service for using it. They said that they would give us a refund for the remainder of the year and never did. Don't get cheated by this company like I did!

Hope their roadside is better than this app. Not all makes and models of vehicles or RV's are included. Can't even enter a 2017 model fifth wheel from Jayco or a Buick Enclave. Atleast our truck is included.

On 3-9-17 went on app to up new trailer, app asks to re-register, I put my info in as it asks, comes up don't find my info. Have had this service for three yes, with one left. Have been able to update info before. Have called twice & emailed once to good sam, was told they know of any problem. Next year I think I will look for another servie

Previous version worked. Google Play says it is compatible with all my devices however when I open the app it says it is not and need to call. Worthless app with a lot of privacy concerns.
