Mana City Mobile App platform allows citizens to post grievances to 20 Departments on City Based in any where in India & Departmental Staff can track the Grievance by staff login of there own city and take action on the Grievance & Staff can be monitored by the officials to ensure effective and timely action on the complaint, grievance.

Citizen

* User can Register & login with a Username and Password to the Mana City Mobile app.

How it works for citizens

* Citizen should download the mobile App
* After downloading mobile app user should register with his mobile number.
* User can register his grievance with taking Pic and his complaint text, with location details to particular dept ( Ex: Municipality) of his City
*Public can write there comments on Grievance Posts by others or they can respond to close the issue.
* Citizen can track his Grievance posts status Open/Closed/Pending or rejected


Staff

* Head of Department can create sub staff userid and password of the city
* Staff can login with a Username and Password to the Mana City Mobile app to view his department issues.
* Staff can trace the problem with location, Contact Number and rectify it immediately.
* Higher authority can monitor the staff on Grievance
* Higher authority can track the issue and give suggestions to solve the problem
* Transparent Grievance resolving platform.
* Required Android Mobile/Tablet with Internet connection


How it Works for Staff

* Staff should download the Mobile APP
* After downloading mobile app staff should login with his login details given by the higher authority ( Ex: Municipality)
* Then he can see the new issues/Closed Issues/Reopened Issues of his department only
* On clicking on New Issues - He can see the new posted Grievance with particulars like Pic in evidence, Text of Complaint, Contact details and Location (Geo Location)
* Staff can visit the location and take the action on the issue and close the issue by taking the pic and by writing his comments in evidence of work done.
* As staff closes the issue it will be updated to Grievance posted person as his issue is closed by person Name & Designation.
* If the citizen feels that his Grievance was not solved he can reopen it by giving the evidence by pic and text.
* Higher authority of Municipality can track the status of Grievances solved and closed, Pending and staff etc.


How staff user id and password created?

We provide user id & Password to HOD of the City. He can create sub staff by entering following details,after creating user id and password messaged will be sent to the staff mobile number.
