Amazon Now - Grocery Shopping

Horrible customer service. Talk as if we are doing them a favour by ordering. They randomly change orders. Talks about random internal amazon policies and says do whatever you want. Remove the name of amazon from this app. Complete waste of time. Most of the items on heavy discount go magically out if stock and reappear with a higher price? Simply fooling customers. Zero star for believing in this useless app.

Can anyone from Amazon please seat with the Bigbasket apps in hand & try implementing all similar features in Amazon Now. I understand it'll take some time for Amazon to make the grosessary services matured enough but at least the apps should be cool enough to beat Bigbasket I expect. Good luck. I really want to pay my thousands of weekly glossary bills to Amazon but I feel bad & end up buying from Bigbasket every time...I wish some day Amazon Now will become better than Bugbuskate.....

Have had the app for about a week and already ordered a few times. Except one odd time when an order from Spar hypermarket was delivered with all the wrong items. But so far so good. Hope it stays that way. Amazon, you're making us a very lazy nation!

Why do my amazon now orders appear in the amazon app?! It messes up my order histoty totally.. Why should i see onions in Amazon history?! Other than that, no issues with delivery and orders.

For a product with multiple configs say abcd pack of 3 and pack of 5. The app doesn't give an intuitive way to add selected pack to the cart. Inconvenient and makes grocery shopping a waste of time online.

The App worked only twice after that it never added the item to cart it always say "Looks like there was a connectivity problem. Please try again" even though I don't have any issues in my Internet connection

Very inconvenient delivery. Things that I needed was there is 3 different store. Got 3 deliveries all at different times. No one checked if the products are correct. Multiple wrong and missing products found later.

There is some big issue with this app Bcoz it goes down every few days and the pages appear disrupted, and no longer clickable. It will only work again if I uninstall it and then install it again. Stupid app.

The service is good. But i dont understand why are you selling products above MRP. I have purchased nice time biscuits which has MRP of Rs. 10 and you are selling it for Rs 12. Clear cut cheating. Its like you are giving discounts after inflating the prices.

It is such a ridiculous App, not letting me add my address and phone number to place an order, tried several times, and on top of it Amazon's customer service rep was of no use at all.... He didn't help with the error, simple asked to reinstall the app and it will be fixed, I have tried it several times, but it doesn't work.... Would've given 0 if there was an option.

Service is perfect but delivery person always fight for card payment. They force to do card payment. I have some issue with my card so I ordered grocery on cash basis for last 2-3 times but every time that person ask for card forcefully.. I just hate it..

App goes horrible after including shipping charges. No use of it. Suggesting you change your policy & offers.. 100rs order with shipping free was great & very effective

Every time I am trying to add products in my cart it is showing connectivity problem. However I am able to order products from amazon even on being the same network. I am unable to understand why the network problem is only with this app.

What is the use if you order ten items and you deliver only two and then we have to go to the market to get the rest. I dont know what profits you make buy delivering items that cost less than transport between market and home.

Not working for 1 month. Sent screenshot...the poor technical team has no clue what to do. Call center told they screw up in codes...and none knows when it would be resolved. Horrible team..Chief Technology Officer must be fired.

prime is already useless for grocery shopping on the regular amazon app. now this app is also useless as charges have been added for faster delivery.

Overall it's a slow but great app.. I would suggest to add a feature like.. if we have already ordered and our order is being prepared, we should be able to add more items in the meanwhile to the previous order so that everything comes together, Ofcourse that won't apply to the 2hr express delivery but you can find a solution for the otherwise.

Its good app..Has helped alot but then more items can be included..fresh bakery items and meat along with fish will make it wholesome app

It's been a good experience on Amazon. Its product range is quite limited but if you can find all your needs here, it has got the best deal of all!

Why does it always say there's a connectivity issue? I haven't been able to use the all for months!!

Quantity for which you can shop is very limited. Like lemons you can buy only three at a time, refined oil only 3 at a time. When a person is paying why limit on quantity.

App design is good and the listed price is above MRP. Perfect way to spend your extra cash. Hell expensive

Pretty nice app for buying groceries and stuff online....they even decreased free delivery at minimum order of ₹100.... can't ask more from them

I ordered my groceries that I needed urgently, already paid for it. I made very clear note, that even if no one comes to pick up the parcel, leave it with security. Because my leg is broken. So I can't come. They approached me at wrong hour firstly, then they ignored the special instructions in which I specifically mentioned what to do. Why you cannot follow a rational option that you have provided to use by your customers, just going by the book without using your common sense. It's unprofessional.

App does not function properly. 2 hour delivery is always full. Cannot select the next time slot. Disappointed.

Its good plus time saving but should add on more grocery items so that we would have a better product that we are actually finding

Very bad after that free eligible delivery was increased from 100 to 500 now i cant order the stuff over the 200 for free deliver I think I'm gonna go to the market and purchase them from now onwards beacuse on a stuff of 200 i have to give extra 30 for delivery charges which is not convenient So amazon please decrease the free eligible delivery as before

Ordered from this app. Cash got deducted from my card. Yet the page wouldn't go further then processing. Says check internet wheras everything else works but this app. I hope they either get serious or take down this app

Does not even have basic things like vegetables and bread, eggs etc... Pricing is hapazard ... Site framing UI is poor... Even search panel is not integrated properly

Worst app, if you're ordering something, don't expect it to come. Because on last minute they will cancel your order everytime, saying we don't have stock, I don't know why they show that stuff if its not there, and why they are not updating there stocks over the app. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS APP.

The MRP of products are wrongly quoted in the app , and even after complaining the customer service team is not taking back the product and not even issuing refund. It was TERRUBLE EXPERIENCE.

I added all my items into cart, then proceed for payment.. It is asking my address n shows prblm with address.. N again it shows invalid number... Contacted amazon twice but there was no call back.. Really worst.!

It does not have all the items which we need I want u to keep all the items like whipping cream powder n Maida, many more things please work on this

Started charging delivery fees of 29rs and 49rs different different conditions, at least it should be free for prime members and there is no discount available on products on amazon now, All products are on mrp and sometimes prices are higher than the MRP. #1_Star

Shame on you guys: provide an incorrect qty of the product and then calculate prorata difference and provide a gift card to my account. This is fraud.

Good reliable delivery but need to add option of creating list or wish list for permanent ordering need a website too for the same
