App worked great for me. I am us3d to spending around an hour at the doctor office where I live. Seeing a doctor on this app took me about 5 mins or less. I am still amazed by that AND I would have paid much more for an office visit. Just wow..THANK YOU FOR THIS APP Ignore all the people complaining about the copay. See what your insurance says about this app. I have Anthem Blue Cross. I only pay $10.

This app is quality. Caring and professional doctor. I used another app earlier and the dismissive, rude doctor told me to take some Tylenol. And I had to pay $79 for that. I'm staying with LiveHealth!

So convenient and cost effective!!! I have used them to Dx an abcessed tooth and pink eye. Both visits were less than 10mins, and on both occasions, I had very professional and competent providers!

That was convenient! Wish a lot of my visits were this quick. A bit of freezing issues but hey it's streaming, I could always hear my provider even if they froze.

This service is not for you if you have more than a common cold for which the Drs can instruct you to obtain OTC meds for. Waste of money.

I didn't even have to get out of bed! Dr. Padilla was great. Very concerned. Asked alot of questions. Was able to determine issue & order prescription. Only took about 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

I have pink eye. I've had it enough that I know what it is, so the thought of going to the Dr., paying a $40 copay, taking time off work, and the overall inconvenience for something that is currently minor was frustrating. Then I remembered we have access to this program. Wait time was about 3 minutes. I uploaded a picture of my eye when I logged in so even though the video connection didn't work Dr. Malik was able to see the condition if my eye and called in a presciption to the pharmacy I had pre-selected and that was it. Simple, effective, half the cost, I've got a real prescription and I didn't have to leave the couch for the diagnosis. For minor issues, this is an incredible option.

This was an awesome experience. Instead of killing hours at the Dr office it took only 5 minutes and my copay was over half of what a trip to the office would have cost.

Spent my entire day, from 11 am when I had my appointment (no problems in that end) to 5pm fighting back and forth between my pharmacy and LHO to try and get the prescription filled. Still incredibly sick and have to work tomorrow. The pharmacy is now closed. Thanks.

Loved it! Talked to a doctor. Got diagnoses without an hour of travel time and 30 minutes of wait time in my doctor's office. Definitely going to continue to use. Doctor was very informative and kind.

Got to talk to a doctor within six or seven minutes and it was great .He listened to me and was thorough with his questions.. considering my doctor couldn't get me in for the rest of the week this was perfect for me

Easy to use, Doctors are knowledgeable and kind. Such a great alternative to sitting in urgent care for conditions like sinus infections, ear infections, etc.

Billing department is horrible to deal with. Can't fix software to allow this to be corrected online
