Even worse than the Tesco app. Terrible layout, slow and simply not functional. Every time, I want to add something to the trolley it brings me back to book a slot. If I cancel that, there's nothing left in the trolley. So basically makes the whole app redundant. The problem already existed months ago and hasn't been fixed.

Frustrating app! Impossible to view my cart - it takes me to 'book a delivery' page every time. Supervalu is my local, I'd only shop there if the blimmin app worked but other places make it easier and smoother to order online.

Does not work with website login at all.

Very slow to load and navigate, layout is not user friendly. The whole app needs to be redesigned and rebuilt - look at some of your competitors, they got it right.

Updated version too slow. Can't take things out of my 'usuals' so anything I've EVER bought goes there & can't be changed. I also LIKED that I could put items into my basket any time I thought of something I needed but now I need to pick a delivery slot before putting anything in. The new update is flashier but rubbish! UPDATE-I've just spent the last 45 mins trying to do my online shop & I've still only a handful of items in my basket. WAY TOO MANY MENUS & CLICKS REQUIRED to see everything!

I have used supervalu online shopping app for over 2 years. Since the latest update i cannt find some of my usuals and for the last two weeks it has continuously fallen over along with numerous other problems

I really hate this app now, used to be so good but now it's constantly unresponsive and keeps crashing, sort it out asap!!!

Please can you improve the speed and response at which the app recognises what I type in the search bar? It should be much cleverer to understand that when I type in 'Pampers Dry' that it doesn't suggest I buy Cork Dry Gin!! Please also load in more images for products. Also, I know my local supermarket stocks fresh sourdough bread and fresh roses but I can't get them delivered?

,  I was using all the time mobile supervalu app and was great to do everything like shop online, find nearly all products, prices, offers and main think scanner. Then I'm doing my shopping sometimes prices are missing and no staff around, and I don't have a time tu run to check outs and ask what's the price... Was great that you can press the button to scan barcode and everything pop's up. Now after update nearly everything gone and is so hard to use that app. Complete thinking not to go for shopping any m

HATE KNEW APP, BUT LOVED OLD ONE. IT WILL TAKE ME TWICE AS LONG TO DO MY SHOP, AND NOT SURE IF I WILL BOTHER AS IT LOOKS LIKE TOO MUCH HASSLE! JUST A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. WISH TECHNICAL TEAM HAD NOT MESSED WITH IT! I REALLY MISS THE OLD APP.

Serious security issues with this app. No requirement to input a password to purchase shopping or a security code once a card has been set up.really disappointing and frustrating and I have been shopping on line with superquinn/supervalu for nearly 9 years. Also cannot see what is on offer for the next day, every second Wednesday!

Why I've entered correct details. Silly !!!!!!!! Also when you download app for some bizarre reason it creates two versions of the app on the home screen. Amateur hour , seriously wat da fuff.....

What have ye done since the update? Used to luv this app but since the update can't even put 1 thing into my trolly. Tried unstalling & then installing that didn't work plz sort it out.

Loved the old app this one is useless , doesn't load right keeps saying error , doesn't show all products is slow Pls go back to old one.

The new app has a much better design and is easier to use

Haven't got the energy to tell you all the reasons I hate this app and y are people still shopping in supervalu they are double the price of dunnes Aldi and lidl we should bicot shops like these til they lower their prices

App not operational. Useless! Not dowloading catgories. Showing error while connecting to wifi. NOT RECOMMENDED

3 Euro for store pick up. And 5 for delivery..no thanks.

Offer sticker covers product image and "add" button on product page. Constantly fetching lists from server when caching should be implemented. No exit option and back button is hijacked. Images way too small even on my 6" screen. Needs to be upgraded to use material design (it's not 2012 anymore!). Product lists should be downloaded in background. Switching back to app reloads activity. Haven't tried to check out yet.

The main advantage of having this app would be to add to the list throughout the week as I think of things. But the fact that you can't look at what you've added to your cart is a serious flaw and ruins the usability. As others have mentioned, I too am failing to spot where to actually complete the purchase. Hopefully someone actually reviews these comments and improves the app. Could be nice if those two simple (and obvious) changes were made. Any UAT done on this?!
