Öztiryakiler, mutfak ekipmanları sektöründe, Türkiye’nin ilk imalatçı firmalarından biri olarak 1958 yılında kurulmuştur. Kuruluşunun ilk dönemlerinde 50 m²’lik bir atölyede imalat yapan Öztiryakiler, bugün 130 bin m² kapalı üretim alanında, 10 grup şirketinde bin 300 çalışanı ile hizmet vermektedir.

Türkiye’de 4 Bölge Müdürlüğü, 50 bayii, 80 yetkili servisi ile yaygın bir pazarlama ve satış sonrası hizmet servis ağına sahip Öztiryakiler, endüstriyel mutfak sektöründe iç piyasada lider durumundadır. Yurt dışı pazarda ise, 5 kıtada 100'ü aşkın ülkede dağıtım kanalları ve yetkili servisleri ile hizmet vermekte olup sektöründe dünyada ilk 15 firma arasındadır.

Rusya ve Kazakistan’da satış-pazarlama ve proje ekiplerinin bulunduğu showroom ve depoları ile yine Rusya’da 10 bin m² alanda üretim yapan tesisi bulunmaktadır. Öztiryakiler, üretim teknolojileri ve makine parkı ile sektörde dünyada bilinen en ileri uygulamalara ve üretim teknolojilerine sahiptir. Ar-Ge, Ür-Ge, mühendislik birimleri, güçlü laboratuvarı ile ürün-süreç geliştirme çalışmalarına ilişkin proje tasarımı ve uygulamaları, teknik üniversiteler ve Tübitak destekli yürütülmektedir. Özgün tasarım, yenilik niteliği taşıyan ürün ile ürün özellikleri konusunda endüstriyel tasarım tescil, faydalı model ve patent çalışmalarında Türk Patent Enstitüsü’nden, sektörde en çok belgeli firmalardan biri olarak ödülü bulunmaktadır. Öztiryakiler, hotel, restaurant, cafe (HoReCa) başta olmak üzere, pastane grupları, askeri mutfaklar, mobil arazi mutfakları ve ekipmanları, hastane ekipmanları, okul ve fabrika mutfakları gibi endüstriyel mutfak sektörü alanında; saklama, hazırlık, pişirme, taşıma ve servis ekipmanları ürün gruplarında, 4500’ü aşkın ürün çeşidi ile mutfakların projelendirilmesi, kurulması, eğitimlerinin verilerek işletmeye açılmasına kadar tüm süreçlerin planlamasını, üretimini ve servis desteğini sağlar.

Öztiryakiler tarafından üretimi yapılan, başta cihazlar olmak üzere ürünler, firma bünyesinde ve dış kaynaklı laboratuvarlarda uluslararası sertifikasyon merkezleri tarafından testleri yapılarak belgelendirilmiştir. Avrupa bölge pazarı için CE, Amerika için ETL ve NSF, Rusya için EAC (Gümrük Birliği Sertifikası) başta olmak üzere, ürünlerin uluslararası pazara satışı konusunda diğer ulusal ve ihracat pazarında geçerli olacak 2000’i aşkın ürün ve ürün grubu için sertifika sahibidir.

1998’de ISO 9001 Kalite Sistem Belgesi ile ürün ve yönetim sistemini belgelendiren Öztiryakiler, uluslararası pazara kendi özgün markası ile ürün satan firmalardan “10 yılda 10 dünya markası yaratma” projesi kapsamında kurumsal yönetim esasları dahilinde, marka performansı sağlayabilecek firmalara dış ticaret müsteşarlığı tarafından TURQUALTY sertifikası ve ikinci 5 yıllık dönem onayı verilen ilk 34 firmadan biridir.
