Free Food Delivery - Scootsy

I absolutely love this app. I love it because it delivers from very far away places which is mostly never possible with any other app not even Zomato. I use this app mostly twice a week. It does need a few tweaks like:- 1) It needs to have a card on delivery option where the delivery guy carries a machine. 2) It needs to have an Others category when asked for feedback so that a person can type what was wrong with the order. 3) It needs to show avg ratings near the name of the restaurant so people can have a better understanding of what quality they will be receiving. 4) Still doesn't have McDonald's which is surprising. 5) Tracking the delivery guy option still doesn't work even after recent update. My orders have been delayed by hours on multiple occasions. Tried calling up the customer care number several times but each time to no avail. Had the most ridiculous experience with this app.

The most pathetic app.... Pls do not waste it precious time with scootsy. They will keep u waiting for long and very pathetic service.....

Complete waste of time. My order was late. Customer service either do not answer calls after keeping on hold for 10 mins or they say they will call back and do not. My surprise for my mom and sister was a complete flop. Thanks Scootsy for the most disappointing experience ever

This app is horrible. Orders are often delayed by hours, have tried contacting and cancelling the orders on multiple occasions. I have yet to receive my refund. When I try to send feedback through the app, it says service unavailable please try again later. It's best to go eat out rather than having the food delivered at your convenience.

My orders have been delayed almost everytime and the food delivered is totally cold and soggy. I think they need to rethink about the whole thing stop committing to things for which there is no sense of responsibility

Adding an address sucks. It grabs a location you don't want. Payment system not any better.

Bad n not worth our time

Don't use it, it sucks big time! I have given them multiple chances, probably over 50-60 orders and other than the first few times when things worked well the delivery has always been late by minimum 15-20 mins, ice cold and they never have change. To make things worse the app misguides you on how long food will take and the live tracking update is always off and keeps resetting the timer. In my latest order that precipated me writing this review, I ordered food with 6k and thy have sent only half the order (which was 45 mins late and cold). Basically it's a huge disappointment.

Poor customer service team that doesn't answer calls and neither do they call back.

Useless app. Can never log in. Sent my contact to them, but the app developer never bothered to get in touch even that

Absolutely horrible experience. Called for my food at 8 pm. Till 10 30 pm it doesn't come. Their app shows at 9 45 it's delivered. No one picks up at their numbers and if someone does they say we will just call u back. Bloody no one calls back. Very very disappointed and angry. Spoilt my Sunday dinner totally

Citrus is terrible. Payment issues every single time. Give me back my money already.

Awesome App! Specially for Bombay.. Even 1 single Granola bar delivered.. Within committed time..just what we need..user interface simple.. Might require some more scrolling than usual.. But FULL stars for Concept & Service

15 mins after placing order I was told they would have to cancel as they couldn't reach the restaurant. Very clearly they have added restaurants without checking on how to reach them consistently. Based on other reviews I'm afraid I won't get my money back as well. Overall poor experience. My experience with Swiggy has been much better

I tried ordering food using this app but everytime app prompted message that 'something went wrong, please try again'. And I tried placing order at different time, still no response.

App interface, easy usage and robust TATs is all but gone. Options like online payment and Change indicators (for CODs) have been taken out without even having a second thought on the current cash situation. Poor overall understanding ability from a user perspective

In case if you have paid online and the order is cancelled scootsy will not refund you the money- where is my money? Two months on and I still haven't received it??

I ordered 3 products. 1st came 2 hours late, the second 5 hours after it was supposed to while there was no mention of the 3rd until I called them a day later to find the shop was shut. Good concept, terrible execution.

Couple of coffees took one and a half hour to deliver, that is at 1.30am. Delivery boy couldn't find the place for 15 minutes while I waited outside my hostel and called post that to say he got the wrong order with him, then I had to cancel. Very poor execution of services.

Service has really gone down. Just ordered some Baskin Robbins I've cream and I've got a large box with only half the box filled and half the ice cream melted. Scootsy is now not contactable on their phone number or feedback mechanism on the app

Order got delayed by over 2 hours. Numerous calls to their customer service went unanswered. Extremely disgusted and won't be using the app henceforth

God knows what is wrong with their location!! It's showing no restaurant at my location. When I try calling them, it's showing busy since past 15 mins. That's disgusting!!!

For order 734625 u sent a non veg kindly adhere to the order u cannot send a non veg sub to vegetarian .. really gross

Totally unhappy with the service.. was a bad first impression ... The app is really buggy... Delivery time just doesn't update properly.

I have placed an order now only just 15 mins back . And now i got a call from my superior for a urgent meeting . And what i see is dis that they have no cancel your order option.i had call your customer care number 4to 5 times but they are not picking up the call .. i dont want my order now im going fr a meeting ..i also dont want to trouble tat delivery guy .. really sets an bad image for me .next time i will not choose scootsy for sure
