Casino Taxi

I'm loving the app there is no confusion as to which taxi is there for me I feel very secure being able to track how far away the car is. Having a record of the car number and drivers name is nice in case I forgot something in the car so I know who to ask for when I call.

I downloaded this app years ago, but could never actually get in, every now and then I try to re download it but cannot get in because my email address already exists in their system, so I try to sign in with a reset password and that never works???

Update: January 2018 Crashed. Four times in a row just running the app. Crashed two more times as I attempted to uninstall it. Requires sign in each time. Doesn't know where the airport is and when it finally finds it, way over-estimates the price. Tedious and clunky. Not worth use of space or time.

Does not work most of the time

I am now using a new phone and one app works but now today app does not work. Says needs update but no updates available. Been using app for several months on my old Iphone

Using this app made me want to kill myself but I'm sure the taxi wouldn't have been capable of driving me to the funeral home.

App is no longer working on Samsung 7. It says it needs an update but no update is available.

Worked ok then stopped. It kept saying it needed to be updated but there was no way to do so. I re installed several times still doesn't work.

Bugged, asking for update that doesn't exist, unusable

App used to work perfectly. Now whenever I try to book a cab outside of central Halifax it tells me my location is out of service area. Last I checked, casino operates in Bedford too.

It's a great app, would be better if you could link your Credit card and pay in app because some taxi drivers get displeased when you want to pay by card

Downloaded and installed the app. Seemed to work fine, however a cab never arrived. Called Casino and they said they never recieved the request (request for cab was sitting in the history tab). Might as well call for a cab instead of using this app.

Bad service ... bad phone service

Fantastic app. Good enough that it has managed to keep Uber out of HRM!

Used to work well, now doesn't open anymore since I upgraded to 7.0. Try to keep up with the times!

Love the convenience of this app but it hasn't worked for weeks (crashes every time I try to open it).

This app used to work great, now it's just guys who take the job before its done, meaning you'll wait longer than calling....

What's the point of having an app for the handheld device that holds the majority of market share if it crashes on start for everyone?

Upgraded to 7.0 and it stopped working.

Has not worked for months and there seems to be no plan to fix it. Don't bother.

Decent, but requires too many permissions/privacy issues.

App crashes on open. Useless.

What is the reason for so many permissions in the next update? Edit: Then why do you need access to my camera?

Only works if the cab driver knows how to use it, and you must put the store name if your at one as the app uses addresses and the cab drivers don't understand how to use addresses.....lol go figure!

App freezes all the time! Doesn't actually book a car. GPS doesn't work so I have to walk a block+ to the car. Nice when it works, but that's too infrequent to make it worthwhile.

New version now works great!

Takes forever for a cab to be assigned. Often no cab is assigned. Might as well just call the phone number. Essentially useless.

Downloaded, installed, registered and had a cab at the door in under five minutes. Not going to be a regular user, but perfect for what I need.

Horrible! Keeps crashing every few minutes

When attempting to book a car, app goes black screen with blue bar across the center. App doesnt proceed or book car.

Updated, and still tells me to "call if I am having trouble booking with the app." Impossible to book using this app.

Stopped working for me, was great when it did work tho. DLED the new one... given alphanumeric confirmation code - screen only provides numeric input to confirm account...

Was amazing when it worked. Forced closed, reinstalled and now I get an error that it cannot book and asks to call instead.

Great, reliable way to order a taxi! Nothing better than to be able see your taxi en route rather than guessing when it will arrive. Always confirm you have the right pickup location by typing it in, oppose to using the locate feature.

Great app as always, BUT make sure to uninstall and reinstall otherwise it won't work!

Never again will I have to stand outside, not knowing where my cab will be. A++++++++ WOULD DOWNLOAD AGAIN
