What I see about this is that no matter how good an app is, few people will still have problem navigating it. I downloaded this app, and I love it! It knows your exact pick up address, it has autofill features, fare estimation, real time driver location (for tracking), credit card storage for easy payment. I can't think of anything else that is missing here. AWESOME APP. MUST HAVE!

Got burned by UBER'S "surge" pricing too many times. A friend recommend county cab and I haven't looked back. App is painless, I pay automatically and they're just as fast and sometimes faster than UBER was....arriving, not driving me around lol. Definitely recommend

I scheduled a cab an hour and a half before I had to leave for the airport,when the app said my drive was booked I thought I was good to go..wrong! When my ride didn't show up at 4 45 I gave the company a ring and was told,"Since we didn't know it was a priority we didn't bump it to the top" she also said the app doesn't work great and I should just call it in next time. Waited for the call from the cab,called the company multiple times and the car didn't show up until mid rush hour..an hour late

This company blocked my number. Never told me why either. I used to be a regular and they just decide to block me. Not even going to attempt to resolve it. They lost my business permanently. Switching to Uber.
