Große Ferienwohnung im Cadore-Tal in den östlichen Dolomiten nahe Cortina d'Ampezzo für 7-10. Das alleinstehende Haus, in dem sich das Appartement befindet, liegt ruhig abseits des Durchgangsverkehrs und bietet grandiose Panoramablicke auf die Gipfel der Dolomiten, insbesondere Monte Pelmo und Monte Antelao.

Die Wohnung bietet mit ihren circa 120qm viel Platz für Gruppen und Familien mit Freunden. Es gibt 3 Doppel- und 1 Einzelzimmer mit der Option für ein weiteres Bett sowie eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt 2 Bäder, eine separate Küche mit einem großen Gasherd und einem großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem ausziehbaren Esstisch, reichlich Geschirr und und reichlich Stauraum.

Die Dolomiten bieten vielfältige Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten: Wandern, Bergsteigen, Radfahren - am besten mit dem Mountainbike - entlang der alten Bahntrasse, Kletterparks und vieles mehr. Direkt vom Haus aus erreicht man in etwas 3 Stunden das am Fuß des Monte Pelmo und 900 Meter höher gelegene Rifugio Venezia. Die Berghütte Venezia liegt am Dolomitenhöhenweg 3. Im Winter wird im Nachbarort, San Vito di Cadore oder in Cortina Ski gefahren. Zum Shoppen fährt man nach Cortina - schick und mondän -, nach Belluno (50 km) - ganz-und-gar italienisch oder gleich zu einem Tagesausflug nach Venedig (133 km).

Im Ort befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, eine Pizzeria und es gibt ein kleines Hallenbad mit Sauna.

Directly from the house you can reach in just 3 hours, the foot of Mount Pelmo and 900 meters higher up Rifugio Venezia. The refuge Venezia is located on the Dolomites mountain trail 3. In winter, in the neighboring town, San Vito di Cadore or went skiing in Cortina.
