Third class forex service. ...i booked an order for 400 usd...i was asked to pay 517 rs to book the rate and location to select i chose mulund..after paying the amount customer care representative says they have no stock of a small amount like 400 usd...in mulund nd i am asked to collect it from fort....or select door delivery....for which i will be charged ofcourse...shameless unprofessional customer care executive tells me that then they will cancel the order nd refund the amount within 21 working days..the company is so unprofessional that to collect from mulund they say it will be charged 50 paise more....on the rate which i blocked....height of unprofessionalism....this means they have a stock...but want to harass the customer....poor ethics and just imagine a big company like this not having stock of 400 usd...its usd not some nepali rupee. ..third class service dont deserve a single star.......finally after writing this review a senior executive called and offered a free door step delivery at the rate fixed by me....also with a request to change my review.....what about unnecessary harassment to the customer...do we have to fight for each n every issue...are the customer care executives not competent to handle simple issues like this??...am waiting for my refund.....and yes after that i will th8nk of changing the rating as i dont know if i have to fight for that too....changing from 1 star to 2 star just as finally good sence prevailed and someone took up responsibility. ..will change it to 3 star if i get refund on time ....good day.

It doesn't show the rate as soon as the window opens. Have to restart the app atleast 4-5 times. Location is compulsory yet it doesn't detect nearby sellers.

Have made the full payment of 2 Lakhs and no clue where the money is... Been calling call center no one to receive the call. The website and app needs to evolve as well. I was told if I share BookMyForex on my Facebook page I would get a better forex rate but got a call back saying the rates have increased during the time. Very unlikely to use their services again.

Really very helpful for Forex buying and reloading with out any extra charges. Best app.

Bought multi currency card by paying online and my fear became true. Tried withdrawing money next day in Singapore and the card is not working. No help from axis Bank as well since they mentioned that card is not loaded with currency. Card not working untill this review was written. So make sure card is working by checking online balance. After initial hickups and escalation my card started working after 24hrs. Thanks to the BMF team.

This app is totally making everyone fool. You book your forex and that day if the rates are less they won't reply anything and wait till the rates go Up and then say to pay the increased rate. Two days back I wanted to topup the forex card they accepted the order and till now I Have sent 3 mails but no rply from them. Because the forex rate is low today. Bookmyforex should be renamed as book2cheat. "The Worst people I would say " no integrity whatsoever.

This is the worst company which I ever seen. I want to pay my college fee but they don't provide any assistance and advertising only fake facility.

I guess these guys are here just to fool around..The application just closes everytime I tried to access it..If u need forex transaction, better to go to yr bankers..Stupid people who have made this application.

Sheer waste of time ordering forex with you. You guys claim 30 min response and here no response from last 20+ hours. When I call, all I al told is, you will get a call back in 15 min. Move on guys, do not waste time. Fun is, when you want to make a written complaint on website, smartly it says "error occurred" .. nice way to avoid submission of any complaint what so ever. You just lost a new customer who was coming in for next 4 years to you (abroad studies) for having constant forex requirements ....

Thanks to the BMF team, after raising the complain with them, they helped me solve the issue quickly with Axis bank..Mr Manik from their team who have been really supportive and quick after the complaint. He called me personally and initiated a thread with Axis bank to resolve the issue ----------------------- Worst FOREX CARD..........NEVER TRUST AXIS and bookmyforex.... you may end up being a BEGGAR on your foreign trips !!! I got Axis bank Multi-currency forex card which got struck in the first transaction itself. My first transaction abroad itself got failed and 250 Euros (Rs 20000) got debited from account. I called up their Help"less" number quite a few times and was then told to film a form (by Axis bank representative as Bookmyforex did not care to respond) and send it to them from abroad. I ended up recharging more money on urgent basis. But even after almost 2 months (though was promised a TAT of 45 days as per the regulation), I am yet to see any of my money in my account. They are not providing any update but instead asking me to be patient even after almost 2 months. Pathetic bank. I will never recommend them but will tell everyone to NOT Rely on it ever.

Cheating app... No referrals... No fixed rate of forex even after paying for the fixed rate assurance. I referred a friend but didn't get any benefit

I don't understand why can't you guys store the location that's set for the first time. Everytime I open the app, it's asking for gps and a location, which is frustrating.

I am not able to open this app everytime when I open this buggy app it crashes..

Plz listout current orders and past orders for the convenience of the customers. Also plz specify timelines on orders placed on a Sunday as I found no status provided when I placed order on a Sunday

I had booked cash in euros I was handed over a forex card of axis bank. The vendor when asked declined to address d issue nd forcefully convinced me to go for d card . I m not being a frequent flier its cumbersome beware of this. Also d app mgrs need to address this immediately. Its case of cheating
